Honkers Mini-mart

I'm giving 2 stars because the onion rings were soggy not sure if they were double fried? And I ordered a chili chesse burger which came like an open face sandwich the chili was on the side of the open face burger and the top of the bun was laying in the chili with the cheese, taste was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it. My wife had the mushroom burger which was ok, I guess we should have ordered regular hamburgers pretty hard to mess that up

We stay at the neighboring Sawtooth Inn when we’re in town. I can’t say enough about the service and food at this hidden gem in Jerome. The quality of the food exceeds the price. Your menu selection cooked in front of you while the chef engages in friendly conversation just makes the experience that much more personable. This place reminds you of what small town America is all about.

I wouldn't even give this one star but it didn't give me an option. Me and my husband were passing through to Washington so we stopped at this convenience store. To Purchase gas cigarettes and other items. We had an issue with the card where it took a partial payment of money out of our bank. But the lady told us it was declined. When we showed them that it had cleared on our bank to receive no gas or merchandise. The lady proceeded to try to call the police and would not refund our money or give us the merchandise and gas that we had paid for. So we left because we were told we would have to wait to speak to the manager the next morning. We went in the next morning to still resolve the issue upon showing the bank statement still it was not handled in a professional manner. The employees are very rude I would never recommend a gas station like this. Thank God we have a very good bank and ended up getting our money back so that's the only happy thing out of this situation.

The morning girls are very lazy and rude. They are always taking about there personal lives. Sorry to say this but if you are not Hispanic then they will ignore you. They need to realize without customers they wouldn't have a job. The laundromat is always dirty. The ladies that work the night shift they are wonderful. Maybe the owners need to take care of the business a little better
