Always nice coming here. Very clean and always fresh. The topping counter is Lways mess free. Just left nathans which was a horror. Great job 16 handles turned my day around. Plus a little more healthier..
Looks like they just recently installed new machines.Tastes a lot better. It also has a better consistency.

Really nice if u cannot atoltrate milk products. There was a little Indian man there he was watching us like a halk... It was only my daughter and I the cashier was extremely friendly so that kinda helped.

16 handles in Jericho had very good fro-yo, was very Covid friendly, and had good customer service. Mine and my husbands yogurt was fresh and delicious. They have a large assortment of topping. The store, including the toppings were kept very clean. No toppings were spilling all over the place and into other toppings like you usually see. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is you were unable to get samples of favors before selecting the flavor you wanted. We have been in other Covid friendly yogurt stores who found a way around this problem.

Great dessert option. 16 different flavors with 16 different handles. Covid conscious service requires you to sanitize your hands as you walk-in before requesting a cup size and filling up your stomach with froyo desires. Service will then put on the toppings for you so that random joe shmoes don't touch all the toppings carelessly.

As someone who thoroughly enjoys frozen yogurt I believe this place to be the pinnacle of frozen yogurt shops The best selection of flavors toppings and they also have homemade whipped cream. This place sets the bar that no other frozen yogurt place can meet.

Good flavors of yogurt and a good selection of toppings. The prices are ok and the staff are helpful. The place is nice inside, it looks like an old school Disco

16 handles is our family's favorite ice cream place. The kids love to fill up their own ice cream and the toppings of course their favorite part. So many toppings to choose from. Always vegan options super plus.

A do it yourself frozen yogurt place. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Jericho and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.
