I work at 7-Eleven in Vero Beach Florida. I came into the store to help them on my day off. I live 45 minutes away. When I walked in I was rudely stared at I asked if this was at the place that needed help and all they did was look at me dirty. Then I asked where this box goes and she said “ask her”The energy in the Vibe are negative and the manager was nice until I told her that I wanted to leave because I didn’t like how I was treated. Never again would I help that store!

Thank God, people are seeing what Geto Bad Management is there NOW. When Linda was the Owner Everything was Stocked and ran great. I worked there I had to Quit. I would never work there again if they paid me $20.00 per HR. Don't Worry customers the manager FAILED at her previous store.they won't last long here.

They need to go back into training for customer service. Cindy doesn’t even greet customers as they walk in. There was only one other customer in the store and they were still looking around. That means there was no one at the register, she could have easily greeted me. Then when you go To pay Cindy acts like your bothering her. She has no energy, doesn’t even smile. Man if you hate your job that much just quit. I used to like the other night people they had. I go there only because everything else around that time is closed. Now I will drive the extra mile to go to a diffeeent 7-11.

Fix your ID Scanner! It’s a big inconvenience every single time I visit this store. I literally got my ID reprinted because everytime I go here this is an issue. Your staff has made me feel like i’m doing something wrong on several occasions because your register does not scan FL drivers license properly. Fix it! That’s all I ask. Implement a better system because the current one doesn’t work effeciently and is very frustrating for both employees and customers.

The worst couple of employees, fighting with each other in front of customers. Then telling everyone if you're using a debit card your going half to wait because it's time to count money in the registers. They do this when 10 people standing in line. Then the woman behind the counter started to give me a big attitude in front of everyone for saying something about this. Please look into your your staff at 6:20 am. I've never seen so much rudeness in a store...

The new management doesn’t keep the shelves stocked, there’s never coffee made or they’re completely out because they aren’t ordering the items they need. They treat existing employees like trash. They park in the front of the store, which is for customers. Since cooperate took over, it’s been going down hill fast, I will be taking my business else where. And I loved that store!
