Drift Kitchen & Bar

after the checkin and first stay at the hotel we decided to eat at drift kitchen and bar. the service stuff was like at the hotel: very kind and helpful. I can recommend this restaurant for dinner...if you spend at least one night or ore at jensen check out this restaurant! I would recommend to book a table to be sure to get a place at the time you wish.

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, we’ve been 3 times in the last month and it’s one of our absolute favorites on Hutchinson! We moved here from NYC then Charleston (both huge foodie towns obviously) and have been so impressed with the quality, service and menu! The pizza is to die for and we’ve tried pasta, meatballs, calamari, crab cakes, salad and everything is perfect! We love sitting at the bar and Brian is great! We are weekly customers 😊

I'm sorry to say that this restaurant was a big disappointment! Beautiful place and great location, I definitely was expecting great things. A couple weeks ago I went here to celebrate my birthday. Our group was of 10 people which we all understand large groups might not always be the easiest clients. However, the server was rude for no reason everytime we ask for something or even just tried to speak, like letting her know how the check was going to be split. When a person ask for a traw she came back to throw a bunch of strws at the table while keep on walking. I felt like I was in a fast food restaurant during rush hour. Besides the bad service, the food was not the best there was no flavor to it, and the cocktails definitely need an upgrade very simple drinks with barely any alcohol. Over all the service, nor food or drinks are at the scale level you would expect from this type of restaurant. I don't think I would go back.

First time here. Staying at the resort Thursday through Monday. I had the morrocan spiced salmon and my husband had the Rigatoni Bolognese. We were disappointed with both meals. I had about 4 bites. Server did a great job! Very attentive. Onto breakfast. Mine was a 5 for sure! Husband gave his eggs Benedict a 4 star. Liza did a great job serving especially since they were short a server.

Our experience in this place was simply amazing. I don’t know what was better, the extremely delicious food or the charming people that work there. Redd is marvelous; we were a big party trying to get in together with split reservations, he wonderfully dealt with it and we got our table. Also Susana our server, was very kind and professional. And as if all this wasn't enough, the restaurant is gorgeous and has a lovely view. Thank you Drift Kitchen & Bar for so pleasant evening!

Beautiful hotel inside and out in great location. Eat inside or outside. Inside is richly decorated and the bar is definitely upscale. Although reservation was for inside when asked they provided outside table overlooking pool and beach. Menu is well balanced offering good choices of wholesome food. The lobster bisque was excellent as was the salad. Service was excellent. My wife loved the flat breads she complimented to the waiter and he brought more to table. Drinks are priced well considering the atmosphere. We went back twice and will go again
