Remodeling the dining room, but otherwise great visit. Cashier was very nice and helpful with ketchup packets and filling sodas from drive up. Fries were perfectly done and super HOT! Burger toppings were fresh. Thanks for great service ☺️

Service and food was good. But the girl at the window on Dec 20, 2021 could use some customer service training. After not having, lettuce, or ketchup, she opens the window to pass the order with no apologies or thanks, not even look in your face as if she had to get back to her conversation and close the window. All while pulling on her long fake RED hair but after reading the reviews its nothing new. She should really go somewhere and sit down. Get rid of her. I love my black young people but detest stuck up youngn's.
I finally got some decent service
I must say that this experience at Burger King was was actually quite impressive. The food was hot delicious fresh the burger that I chose was an excellent choice because it was absolutely delicious in fact I didn't even finish it and I ate the rest of it after it is cooled down and it was still good. When the food is good cause you know it's good. The employees in the Drive-Thru we're friendly and that was a definite plus.
It's either hit or miss at this location. The employees are always nice and respectful...I have never had a problem with that. But as customer who stops there often I know to check my food because if the service is too fast it probably means the burgers have been sitting and are not fresh.
