Applebee's

I went on May 14, 2022 at 2:45 pm and was seated right away. The waitress was very pleasant. The drinks and appetizer came in a reasonable time which allowed time for conversation and some quick bites before the main entrees came. The chef brought out the food and it was very hot, which I like. The music was great. I had to use the restroom and to my surprise- it was EXTREMELY clean. I was super shocked. All in all, there was minimal wait time, the food came out hot, there was excellent customer service, and there's parking right in the front as well.

Just ate lunch here with my family. We decided to go outside of Philly since we had an extremely bad experience at the one close to home. We we're very satisfied from the moment we walked in and were greeted with a smile and seated. Our waitress was Sierra. She took care of us and did it with a smile. We'll definitely be back. Customer service means so much to us when we go out to eat. Which is not often. Thanks for a great experience.

My last experience wasn't pleasant There was too much customer noise next to us. Guys were literally shouting out their personal business I got off work after a long week and wanted to enjoy an evening out with my girlfriend to just talk and have a good evening out. That didn't happen. On the good, the waitstaff was very attentive to our needs and the food was good.

We had a good time reminiscing at the restaurant. However, our waitress was a little forgetful. It took a while to get silverware after we finally got our food. She forgot our water and we had too many plates piled on our table. I understand she may have been busy, but it was a little frustrating. Our appetizers were good. Because it took so long to get silverware I just bought my food home with me.

I had a carry out order last Friday that still makes my/ my date's mouth water... a week later. My only minor complaint is that the fries had cooled by the time I got them home, but that happens with EVERY food that you don't eat on site... I can't fault Applebee's!! Probably going back sometime this weekend!
