This location puts Panera’s name and reputation under risk!
Definitely i will never visit this location again!
Avocado in my sandwich was rotten with a rotten taste. It is impossible that person who made it didn’t notice it! Also my 1 year old usually enjoys mac and cheese at Panera but he refused to eat it, it was looking like old, a leftover from yesterday’s portion, broccoli and pasta was over cooked, with a little cheese sauce. Panera is our family’s favorite place to eat so please pay attention to quality.

I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and what I received was basically two pieces of bread with a tiny bit of chicken, a few pieces of lettuce and slice of tomato. There was nothing to this “sandwich”. It was definitely not worth the money. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that there wasn’t one there. Odd. And, this location closed at 7, even though it says 9. They made it known that they were closing early and wanted to leave. I will never go back here again.

Had an issue with my order, it was dealt with by the manager / assistant manager, once I found one. I had to ask several times. The staff was not interested in assisting me. Some of my food was what you’d expect from any Panera, some of it was not worth paying for. Service moves quickly. But they take forever to make your food. The location is clean.I do not understand the pricing though., more money for less food. Those self order kiosks need to be wiped down. There was no ice. The soda machine was not working. They closed at 7, even though they claim to be open until 9. This location has gone downhill.

I placed a large bagel order online yesterday (Thursday). There was no issue whatsoever with taking the order. I received an email confirmation, saying my order would be ready at my requested time (7:10 AM). I arrived at 7am and explained that I was there to pick up the order, but I fully understood that I was early and I was happy to wait for it to be finished. The manager putting my order together told me that I "wasn't supposed to be there until 7:15" - although my email receipt said 7:10, and I received a "Your Order is Ready!" text at 7:05. I patiently waited for my order off to the side, and after a few minutes I asked a different manager if I could purchase some tubs of cream cheese while I waited. As I was paying for the cream cheese, the other manager who was bagging my bagels informed me that they "really shouldn't be filling my order" because it is "company policy that large orders need to be placed 3 days in advance." I was extremely taken aback by this and informed her that I was unaware of said policy. I also questioned why, if this was a policy, I was allowed to place an online order to begin with, and why no one called to let me know my order could not be filled due to this alleged policy. This manager then followed up by letting me know that this location had to "turn down a $600 order" to fill my significantly smaller order ($64) because my "order took up all the remaining bagels in the store." I was so stunned by being shamed in this manner as a customer that I was unable to respond in the moment, but in retrospect, I realize that this alleged $600 order must have come in AFTER my own - which means this alleged $600 order couldn't have been filled due to this supposed 3-days-notice policy, correct? If this policy does exist, then someone from this location should have called me once my order was placed to inform me that my order could not be filled - they should not have begrudgingly filled the order and then shamed me for placing it to begin with. I am in disbelief that I was made to feel guilty that the store "wasn't able to fill a $600 order" because they "HAD" to fill mine. If someone had simply called me to say I hadn't provided enough notice to fill the order, I simply would have accepted that and ordered food elsewhere. I will never return to this Panera location.

Weekend manager and staff are horrible - come to this location three or four times a week because of school - and was in the area for a weekend trip and 10:00 am on. Sunday and NO COFFE made up at all - zero of the containers were filed and nothing brewed I the back!!!! Serious it then took three people to decide they had not brewed any coffee. I get running out of one and the coffee holder being in the back being filled - but two coffee containers were removed (knowing there is zero coffee) and the third dead empty!!!! Manager was upset that we even asked her there was no coffee.

Don't waste your money here. Go to the one in Willow Grove instead. They never disappoint me. This one has consistently done a terrible job. Most recently got a napa almond chicken salad sandwich that had quite literally a bite of chicken salad, no lettuce, no tomatoes and for some reason a roasted red pepper was added?!? I love Panera, but don't go to this one.

The worst experience ever
They didn’t place a salad in an order first and I had to get back 20 min far and after that in an office I figured out that some ingredients were out. I was not able to eat that.
Refund was made-thanks for understanding and please work under quality and service.

I ordered two iced Madagascar vanilla almond coffee as always. But today it tasted so different, no syrup, just a tiny bit of milk and it tasted like very bitter coffee. I asked them to make a new one for me and they did they same thing. I just don’t understand why this coffee has been changed in a bad way? How come? I didn’t ask to make it again, because nothing changed in my second drink. So goodbye my favorite coffee in Panera bread! So sad!!!
