Chipotle

We love Chipotle. The food is always good. But this time the environment in this particular location left much to be desired. 2 and half hours before closing and they were out of sour cream, chicken and all their specialty fountain lemonade. We were told there were no more trays but found ALL of them stacked by the overflowing garbage can, no napkins and dirty tables while employees were on their phones. Plenty of lag time between customers to at least accomplish one of these things. Thinking that this was because the lack of management presence or maybe not?? The employees just didn't seem like working was a top priority.

Every day they’re out of something. Don’t know how you can be out of chicken and lettuce consistently it’s amazing actually. Food is cold 3/4 times I go there and honestly if you can avoid going there I would because the chances of your order actually getting made the way you want are slim to none. Completely understaffed and terribly managed, no other chipotle I’ve ever been to has fallen as short of the mark as this one

I don't like to write bad reviews but this was not a good experience. -Employees were arguing. -Barely any food left to fill everyone's orders. -The food they did have appeared old and was dry. -Every table was nasty dirty -All the customers were unhappy and some left as soon as they saw the food. Didn't seem like anyone knew what they were doing. The food was terrible. -I wish I could give it no stars. Nothing positive about this restaurant. -I would have complained but all the employees were busy arguing and not doing their job.

Staff is always friendly and we're never in line long. Only thing that I hate is they never seem to have guacamole made anymore. It seems every time we go in there, they are literally always out of guac. Other than that, This Chipotle location is always on our list for a quick stop and grab lunch place to go.

Terrible quality- white rice was hard, very little guacamole on a veggie burrito, burnt grilled veggies were mistaken for the broken tines of a plastic fork, got sick the next day. Only 2 workers in the restaurant and online orders only with an open dining area. I've only tried Chipotle twice. With such a dip in quality on the second time, I'm worried about the standards franchise-wide. Probably won't eat at any Chipotle ever again.
