Little Caesars

This place is great if you like Little Caesars pizza. It's not a taste everyone has. As a Detroit native I was thrilled to have a Little Caesars open up near me. The food is usually exactly as I expect, but sometimes the breadsticks are a little overdone or the pizza toppings aren't well distributed, or the pizza is cut weird or not completely cut. But these are annoyances you encounter in a lot of places. The service can be slow sometimes, though, especially if you're there for a pizza that's not in their Hot n' Ready menu.

I read the reviews before I went in and I thought I knew just what I needed to do which was order a fresh pizza. So that's what I did. And the manager on duty when she thought I wasn't looking forward and pizza out of the hot box and gave it to me after I specifically told her I will wait for a pizza to come out. And then when I question her about it she snapped and said that it just came out of the oven not knowing that I was sitting there watching them the whole time when they put the pieces of the hot box.

For a truck driver passing through and delivering across the street. I found that this store was fast friendly and very helpful. I planned on a hot and ready pepperoni. But saw the limited time only ad for the Smokehouse pizza. So i ordered it and because im not too keen to liking BBQ sauce i asked for marinara..The Management authorized it. And to tell you the truth..ITS FLIPPING AWESOME!! I ordered it at 5:40pm..gotb it by 5:50 pm. For an order that's been changed and made on the spot..I consider this an awesome experience and to all those complaining individuals..consider this. You get what you pay for, good service isnt cheap, and if you can't hack it. Just be adult enough to admit your a snowflake!

Wife ordered 2 hot and ready and order of crazy bread..guy at the counter gave her 2 lunch special deep dish. Called and ask about the mix up. Was told my wife asked for the lunch special. Was.asked if I had a receipt. Told the manager a receipt would help if the guy entered the order wrong..she was very rude..won't be going back.

I went into little Caesars tonight to get pizza. It was close to close. But for the FIFTH time since they brought back pretzel crust pizza they have said they are OUT again nit only that but they REFUSED to make me one TWICE out of the five times NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. I’ve been in and asked at various different times ranging between 2pm and 8 pm and they NEVER have it. Not to mention you can go in Jefferson’s little ceasars at ANY time between 4-8 and CANT get a hot and ready pizza with out a wait EVER. With my order they never gave me my sauce and they had a guy waiting for 20 minutes for a pinnpple pizza. A damn one topping pineapple pizza. And not to mention the SUPERVISOR Kim went out for a cigarette and working at a fast food place proceeded to open the door while smoking her cigarette and speak to staff AND coustomers also was rather rude when the second customer asked for a pizza that haddnt been premade and was rude to her younger minor staff when they couldn’t get the receipt machine back together well she was out smoking a cigarette chatting with The door open as if the clean air act doesn’t exist she came in after putting it out saying some “ really you made me put my damn cigarette out for THAT” to a MINOR. A 16 year old boy. She demands respect from her younger staff but doesn’t respect them or anyone including customers. Kim is very rude and unprofessional for sure. I don’t like what’s happening here on top of the fact that it’s ALWAYS dirty in that store no matter when you go in right before close or right after open or anytime in between it’s ALWAYS dirty. It almost makes you think TWICE before ordering. One of the only reasons that people go is because it’s the closest one to Jefferson besides Watertown. It’s NASTY one of the nastiest restaurant I’ve EVER been in. Rude staff, dirty store, lack of menu items, ect I could go one all day like the lack of training recived there, or the lack of real properly trained management, or the supervisors that think their cigarette breaks are more important the a CHILDS mental health break. And so much more. And don’t even get me started on health code violations like handling RAW foods then money from customers then going back to the food with out washihg their hands, smoking with out hand washing, ect. This is outrageous and absolutely disgusting this is a food chain for Christ sakes. I’m disgusted hands down. WHERE THE HELL IS CORPORATE !? Because you can’t tell me this is code and if so y’all needa shut down NOW!
