Buffalo Wild Wings

Customer service was pretty good. My waitress was attentive and very well mannered. The wings weren’t cooked through initially so I received another batch. The second batch were a bit better but I left 3 behind because they were chewy. I still paid and tipped of course. Very spacious BWW right ..no masks were worn but there was social distancing.

the place sux. they made me wait 20 min to sit me at the bar. the place is not even that busy and the bartender Carla keeps complaining about ppl not showing up for work. but then employees are leaving and then she states who is going to bring the food out. I just flew into town and this is not like the Buffalo wild wings I'm use to in Fort Lauderdale. the bar is trashed. the guy next to me left 20 minutes ago and his dirty dishes are still sitting on the bar. the guy next to me stated he wanted 25 minutes for 10 wings. I had hopes of coming here every night that I'm in town, but this is making me reconsider going to restaurants around here.

Its been an hour and nobody has even asked us if we want another beer , it took them almost an hour to get us the appetizers and 2 beers , so 2 hours altogether for 2 beers and a appetizer , and the restaurant is not even halfway full , most employees are just hanging around not doing anything and one of them just went to the outside patio , smoked a blunt and came back with a strong marihuana smell, we ended not ordering any food and went somewhere else !

I wasn't pleased. When server came to table, I asked about specials and she said none. As I was leaving I saw it was a special on wall. I went back and asked why didn't we get the buy one and one half off and she said you have to ask for that. We had bought 2 orders of wings. They need to take that off the wall. Unbelievable. Won't go back, don't like dishonest.

Very disappointed. We did get there a little after 11pm, but that's no excuse. Our food was brought out at different times and at least 20 minutes apart. My food was brought out 45 minutes later. I think he forgot to put put my order in. It wasn't until he brought our check and my husband asked for it, then he said it's coming. Whenever we asked for sauces, we had to ask twice before we got it. My family barely ate their food and we ended up getting to go containers for everything. Waste of $100.
