Domino's Pizza

We ordered a couple of pizzas and some wings. It took over an hr and a half and the wings were cold and not good. Nothing like what is pictured on their website. We called to complain about the wings not being Buffalo wings at all and were told “that’s how we make them” and “we can send you the ranch we forgot to include in about 2 hours.” Nothing to help with the problem at all. The manager was anything but helpful and refused to direct us to anyone who could actually help. We will stick with Papa Johns.

So on November 12, my daughters birthday I order some pizza for a small get together. It was all messed up. I called to tell them and some lady was really snarky and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I spoke with the General Manager and he was really upset I had been treated this way. He fixed my order which was a total of 60 dollars!!! Super impressed with how this problem was resloved!!!! Thank you Jeremy for your concerns and making things right!!! It was delicious

Went in to place order manager says it will be an hour or more the high school had a big order and she couldn’t make one. So I Set outside and watched to see when big order was going in the Oven. It’s been over 30 min and no pizza in the oven yet. I’m glad I know Greg fox the owner I’ve worked for the company before and never did I tell a Customer I couldn’t make them a pizza. Ordered a Philly Sandwich. Went it was delivered it was a little meat with a bunch of literally burnt cheese. So burnt you could peel it off the sandwich. Called and was called a liar by manager Stephanie. She said she made the sandwich herself and there was no burnt cheese. So take it to her and then she says that the philly is supposed to look like that. So she changed her story to be burnt cheese to it's supposed to. I'm sorry but burnt cheese wasn't listed in the ingredients. As I'm talking to the other manager Aaron, the manager, Stephanie is back there raising her voice over mine at the counter still trying to argue when no one was. I just told the manager Aaron I wasn't speaking with her and he apologized. I've never seen such bad management material. I took pictures of this mess too. Unfortunately a bad manger like Stephanie will drive your loyal customers away.
