Pizza Hut

One of the trucks didn’t run today which is understandable due to the 18 wheeler delays we are having these days so they were out of dough, however the manager was super nice and Accommodating. They were working hard to make sure everyone was treated fair. The pizza at that point didn’t matter to me. It was the kind service that made the difference in my day. Thank you.

My pizza took 2 hours to get to me. All my food was cold, no one notified us that there were only 2 drivers, which changed our time from 20-30 minutes to 60-70. A little over the 70-minute mark, I called, and they informed me of the situation, so then I needed to go pick it up myself. It was cold and I am NOT happy with the way this went. I would have picked it up if I knew in advance. This happened before and the manager called us to let us know, so we could come to pick it up, and everything was fine. This time, we had to call ourselves, and the lady working acted as if it were our fault. VERY poor customer service.

I understand being busy & even being busier than usual on a Friday night & running out of product. My problem is when I’m up there waiting patiently for my order & the order board says it’s ready so I ask the person behind the counter & was told my food was being made only to be told 10mins later that they have to give me a refund bc they don’t have any more stuffed crust or bread sticks!! What happened to “we’re making your order”? Sitting up there & waiting only to be lied to & halving to find somewhere else to get supper from!

Answer the phone!! I ordered online but was not able to find the section to add comments. Used to be able to write Weldone and dbl cut. As soon as I sent the order, I called to tell them I want the pizza well done and double cut. She answered snd immediately said hold one moment please and never came back!!! When I got there, the pizza was done. They were able to double cut it...... but the pizza was soggy!!!

I chose curbside pickup since my kids were in the car. Usually it works out well. I sent the text, per the sign, that I arrived and got a response. I waited about 20 minutes and no one came out. Two delivery drivers went in and out and there were no customers in the store. The person at the front counter did not appear to be busy after the delivery drivers left but she did not bring out my pizza. I decided to go in and pick it up myself. I told her what happened and she did not apologize.
