Little Caesars

This is the closet location to my house so I have given them several chances and every single time it's a bad experience I think this will be my last time eating here. Need new employees. Always something wrong with the cooking of the pizza as you will see with my attached photo of a falling apart deep dish that had to be eaten with a fork. Horrible location.

If you like waiting for an hour “after” you order online to pick up your pizza you’re in luck! Expect 30-45 min longer when you order, a staff that is absolutely more interested in their TicTok account than getting your order ready AND if they do manage to recall why you’ve been sitting in the store for almost an hour, I promise your conversation will be like the first time you’ve spoke. I’m pretty sure a heard of slugs caught up in a spilled pile of salt could outrun these folks (and still be smarter even though they ended up in salt!) I remember that one time when they actually got it right… Oh wait, that was Domino’s!

I ordered one Extra Most Bestest Cheese and a Crazy Calzony Pepperoni Pizza online. My order was never made, after waiting an hour for them to tell me that they could not locate my order. When I requested a refund I was told that they were not able to provide a refund as a shift leader and that no one there could. I was told that I can provide my phone number and wait for them to call me tomorrow for a refund.. This does not make any sense. I would like my refund! I left without my money and without my pizza order.. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Poor customer service. I arrived early for my online order and was told I’d have to wait the 7-8 minutes. Meanwhile, multiple walk-ins came in and left with my exact order. When I asked why I was still waiting for my order while people were coming and leaving with my exact order, I wasn’t given an answer and was finally handed a pizza which was past the 7-8 I had been told I’d have to wait. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and was told online customers can’t have a hot and ready pizza which is ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Horrible. Diarrhea Everytime I eat at this specific little caesars I have given it many chances cause I thought it might have just been me nope it's not. All other pizza is fine even other Caesars are fine. Just specifically the Jackson county one is horrible I'm starting to think they don't clean there stuff right. Or possibly it's not getting cooked all the way. And I've now had to throw away a 7 dollar pizza (got the extra most bestest pepp) because everyone who ate it got sick.

Horrible. Every time I go diarrhea all night. The funny thing is it’s just this little caesars in particular if I eat at any other one or get pizza from somewhere else I have no issues. Personally I think there not cleaning there stuff correctly I’m now having to throw half of a 7 dollar pizza away because everyone who ate it got sick. Thanks little food poisoning .

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Waited an hour and a half for 4 pizzas that was supposed to be ready in “20” minutes then get told “we sold 2 of yours so we have to make more” is ridiculous this place needs to do better or get better people not to mention there was 2 teenage boys in the back laughing the whole time DO BETTER
