Subway

Harrison Ave. Subway used to be the best but it quickly went downhill about 4 weeks ago. The subs look and taste like they’ve been “slapped” together without any care or pride in the young boy’s work ethic. The last two times I had to throw the subs in the trash because mine and my wife’s were way too sloppy and discussing to eat and enjoy. I think the owner needs to look into this matter before his business declines because the manager hasn’t been doing a very good job about caring for customer satisfaction.

I don't visit Subway very often, however, customer service is customer service. I was in this location today around 5pm. I was the only customer at the time. The lady behind the counter started to take my order when another customer walked in. She started to take his order but had to stop to finish my order. There was another employee in the back, bringing out containers to restock. As the employee was trying to complete my sale was at register it kept beeping bc there were online orders coming in. She asked the other employee for help bc the other customer still was not waited on & she now has more orders. The other employee's reply was, "I'm busy back here." I commented the customer should come first. I hope the owners see this and address bc he won't be busy or have a job if you don't have customers.
