Sonic Drive-in

It was late night when I stopped by this location. I didn't have any problems. I ordered my meal. It was given to me in a short time that I was comfortable with. The meal was nice and hot. That's always a good thing. The carhop was nice and courteous. I've always had good service here. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone who is in town and needing a meal. There are other places to eat but I will always eat here first. Good job guys and gals!!

Service was great however our fries were cold an my grilled chicken was so dry my dog had a hard time eating it. Customer service gave us coupons in our mobile app that we used a cpl days later and the popcorn chicken we recieved was hard and cold. Not alot of places to eat in this little town so you get what you get i guess. You would think they would take pride knowing that they are one of 4 restaurants in town.

Service was quick, liked that. Fries were cold, asked for hot, got lukewarm the second time. Not asking again. Sonic in Grove the same way. Why is it so difficult to get hot fries?? When they're cold its like choking down cardboard. Done with Sonic...at least the burger was warm. Will go to the grease pit that is McD's next time.

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer the red button. Then I called when they answered I ask if monitor for the stall I was in was broken he said no. But they would bring my food out they are just that busy. When car hop brought it out she was as sweet as she could be. I ask her why my call in order took over 20 minutes to get to me and why they never answered the red button. she said very under staffed. Which means it isn't employee trouble just bad management. And they still got our order wrong. We are yet to get our order correct.
