The manager called me and apologized for what happened! She gave me a gift card to replace my meal!
I ordered a chicken sandwich add cheese. When I got home, the chicken was burnt. Black spots on breaded coating burnt. Pickles and cheese tasted burnt. The burnt smell almost knocked me down when I unwrapped it burnt. And the chicken is dry and tough; couldn't eat it if I tried. Night shifts are horrible up there.

Have been numerous times since ball season has started. Orders are always right and food is good too. Great service. Is a lifesaver for our small town after practice and needing to feed the family at 7:30-8 pm and cooking would take to long.

I've been there several times and every time that I've been I've had to get up twice and get napkins and get ketchup that you think they would put in the bag when you got your order the first time. That should be a given automatically. Either put them in the bag or ask The customer if they would like the napkins and the condiments, that would help your customer.

Service was terrible the couple in front of me waited over 25 min asked for a refund and left. I ordered two burgers and fries. Burgers are done but no fries
Burgers sit under lamp while fries cook. Both were over cooked. First and last time at a Hardys
