Not so good this visit. Unfriendly staff. Seemed they had better things to do like not give us our complete order. But what should we expect when no one teaches appropriate customer service anymore. More tortilla bread and refried beans than anything else in the burrito. Not planning on visiting this local Taco Bell any time soon.

It's terrible. As truck driver, I was delivering at the home Depot which is across street to Taco bell and noticed that they close at midnight. I walked there and ready to order, but no one came to take my order. I stood there and they were looking at me. One of them wasn't even doing anything. About 5 minutes+ waiting for someone who is looking at me but couldn't do anything, I ended up walking out.

My order is wrong more often than it is right. The drive thru tends to be slow. We keep going because it's close and the drive thru is at least quicker than the place next door.

The taco bell in jasper is a place where, when they aren't being slammed at the drive thru (if it wasn't good, people wouldn't crowd it almost every day at lunch) has an amazing and friendly atmosphere in which the employees mean to do you good.

Hit and miss... Either really good are terrible. Mainly due to poor staffing and most the ones there I have seen food violations multiple times. Won't eat our food unless I'm watching them make it, out it that way..

I'm not eating there because they don't carry mex pizzas or taco salads. The only reason I ate there. Employees are awesome though.

I pull in drive through at 420PM no response I pull to the window to order her excuse was they were busy I was the only car in drive through and one in the parking lot I ordered 40 dollars worth of stuff they gave me my drinks and told me to pull on the other side of the building at the double doors 25 minutes go buy and 2 cars finally a worker walked up I asked about my order she went in few minutes later someone came and ask me what I ordered she goes in few minutes later she comes out with a bag not half of my food returns later with a second bag still not all my stuff finally a 3rd bag to already been there a hour to get home and food be all wrong a waste of 40 dollars

I understand you may be understaffed but there should be a sign outside that says "Kiosk only" for inside. The energy was so negative inside and I didn't have a problem until a employee got mad bc I informed him that the tacos were only supposed to have beef and cheese then he proceeded to have a small temper tantrum. Very unprofessional. Your employee needs to chill out some.
