They could not get my easy order right and would not confirm if they had charged me for something that they kept saying was on my order and I said I didn't want it. At the end they would not repeat back what I ordered with related charge and said my only option was to pay first and then they would give a receipt for me to reference after waiting in the drive through line.

I was unaware that this location in Jasper, Ga had only a few hours allowed for indoor-dining!? However,one of the Assistant Managers, Alexander, there went above & beyond his job description, today. He checked with his guests to make sure that their dining experience was perfect! Apparently, like everywhere else in the food industry, since Covid, there is a shortage of workers! I would advise calling 1st to see if the inside dining is open & available!

This is a great place to eat! I have had chili at many Wendy's restaurants, some pretty good and others barely edible, but the chili at this location is the best I have ever had. My husband had the classic chicken meal, and he said it was also excellent! The staff was very friendly.

I’m gonna do my best to keep this pg. so I really don’t understand what it is that’s so complicated about your jobs. Minimal effort= minimal pay. So I ordered my food and nothing was right for one. Two I upsized the meal and they barely gave me any fries. Forgot the dipping sauce etc. just all around dropped the ball guys. It’s not the first time either this was just the time that finally made me realize that this store will never get any better. I appreciate that your guy at the window couldn’t even remember to give me a straw. I would give you guys a 0 if it were a possibility.

Went and got two breakfast baconator's this morning. The bacon on them was literally burnt black, crumbling, and smelled like charcoal. I don't see myself eating at this location again any time soon.

Service was very poor while there several potential customers walked out due to service. We had 9 orders and everyone of them were wrong or messed up. We were very disappointed when we left

If I could give it a negative star I would. Jessica Atkins leaving there has been the worst thing that has ever happened to that place. I just wanted a Baconator with everything. ( lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles? I was looking right at the line cook which at Wendy's? Isn't that difficult. I watched him talk to himself looking very stressed with my custom burger being prepped. That image shows what he sent me. A bacon mangled like his teeth were burger... What a disappointment. Will no longer get my business.

Weird that a popular restaurant closes at 8pm on a Saturday night. You left your lights on inside and at the drive thru.
