Drinks are in no way, shape, or form made to recipe. I’m also a Starbucks barista, so I’m familiar with the recipes.
I ordered an iced coffee with light ice and pumpkin cold foam on top and got less than half a cup of iced coffee with liquid pumpkin sweet cream dumped into the cup because the barista used way too much sweet cream in the foam blender. Never getting a drink here again.

The fact that Starbucks allows this location to exist is laughable. Service is bad to the point where it’s a running joke among the locals. Fix it or close it. Stop embarrassing yourselves.

Don’t bother coming here unless you’re looking to be over charged for a cup of milk. The new baristas here don’t know how to make the drinks AT ALL.

The only Starbucks I ever want to go to! In my opinion, it’s way better than the stand alone stores, just because of how the baristas here always talk to you & some even have my drinks nearly memorized. They are so friendly and welcoming, and the drinks are always perfect! I come here almost every single day.
