Taco Bell

Decided to go to Taco Bell last night walked through the door right behind two other guys about 9:10 one of the girls in uniform ran up to me and my co-worker and said we couldn’t place our take out because the dining room was closed but let the men in front of us dine in??? I looked at her confused and all she did was look at them and shrug her shoulders and locked the door behind us. So I waited in the DT for 30-40 minutes and they tell me there freeze machine is down? I’m in town visited and was really hungry after a 10 hour shift and I’ll never be coming back here. I work as a manager in fast food and would never let my employees treat customers like that.

I am a fan of Taco Bell. Although I don't get a chance to 'eat out' very often these days, this particular location was convenient on a busy day trying to prepare for the next 10 days over the road. The parking lot was empty so it seemed a good time. We wanted to take a short break and dine in to escape the hustle of the day but service was so slow we ended up taking it with us instead. I always ask for no tomato and although they got it right on one item, the other ended up a mess in the car from having to pick them out of the shredded lettuce. The chalupa shell was hard as well. As we were leaving the dining room I had made the comment that this had to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I won't be stopping at this location again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They took our money via the Taco Bell app, and they have the lobby closed before they're supposed to. We haven't gotten our food. $20 down the drain. They won't pick up their phone. We put in our order over 30 minutes ago, and it still hasn't been made. We are not waiting another 20+ minutes for our food, if we can even get our food. We called twice, and it rang out until we reached their voice-mail.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a craving pack and wanted the one tacos to have tomatoes and sour cream added. I paid the up charge for this. Just to get the wrong order. When I went back to have it corrected the manger was absolutely rude and caused a scene. I don’t suggest the t bell in Jasper indiana at all. A 1 star rating is to much.

This Taco Bell like most others serves food the wrong way. Instead of the ingredients eing layered it is piled next to one another. One bite from the burrito will have rice mainly, the next will be cheese & then the sour cream or the meat. Oy once in the last year I had a burrito that was made well like it was intended.
