Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered two 20oz Dr Peppers with my order. Guy came to the window and said they were out of dr. Peppers and wanted to know if we wanted pepsi instead. Said yes and he came back with one Pepsi and closed the window. We got his attention to let him know we’re missing one and he starts reading the receipt and after two minutes pulls up our order on the computer as if we’re lying about a Pepsi? Comes back and was like “okay I’m wrong here you go, I rarely have anyone order two drinks” well sir there’s two of us in the car!?

This franchise should really consider closing as it is never properly staffed. Was told after waiting over an hour for my order that it would take an additional 2+ hours for my order. This was all due to having no employees. I’m not sure if it’s poor pay or bad management but for whatever reason they are unable to hire/retain employees. Go ahead and close down and allow someone with better business skills to open a Jasper franchise.

When I called to place my order they were very rude because they were busy. Once I placed the order the gentleman told me it was a privilege for him to take my order. After I canceled my order due to them being rude, he cussed me out and hung the phone up on me. I have dealt with the rudeness from them a couple times and will never order from them again. They need to shut this store down due to poor customer service. I will never order from them again.

I had placed an order online, the order was $50. What I received was my two pizza was made sloppy, the toppings were piled up in the middle so all the toppings falls off. One pizza the dough was under cooked while the other was over cooked. Also they were really skimpy on the topping on one other pizza. The sandwich and the wings were the only decent thing.

I had to pay full price for a lg stuffed crust pizza and a order of hard cheesesticks. And the manager calls me and said u need to change ur order to pickup and i told him i didnt have a car. He said i guess ill try to bring it to u himself. And i ordered this at 7:55 pm 10/1/21 and finally got it at 9:10 that night. The wait was already 119-129 minutes and then i had to wait 2 1/2 hours more to get it. I really think thats ridicious
