Jimmy's Egg

Stopped for breakfast. Have never eaten at the establishment, not one where I live. We were waited on by a lovely and fun filled woman named Shelly. She built a great report with us and when she got busy in the moment, she had another server bring us refills, although it wasn't necessary yet. That is great service. The food was very good. The corned beef has was excellent...real shredded corned beef! We were so full. The portions are great and the prices reasonable! But seriously, servers make or break an establishment and Shelly makes this place rock! She enjoyed her customers, although I'm sure most are regulars, but again, there is a reason they're regulars! Great food, great prices and fantastic, fun service!

It was not a pleasant experience. They brought me out cold coffee. The food itself was not good. Sausage tasted like it was fried in super old oil. The pancakes was not all the way cooked. And our order wasnt how we wanted it. Also to top it off the waitress placed the check on the box for take out. Thats gross. Then the cook from the back comes out and looked absolutely dirty. Do not recommend

Sorry no pictures this time. Been up for 30 hours straight and had to eat. The pancakes were really good with the warmed syrup. I asked for my eggs medium well, and they were made perfectly. The ham steak was flavorful. The wife had the French toast special, bacon, and eggs. This was our second time here and it still is quality food and friendly staff.

Found out one of my favorite breakfast joints that I never pass up a chance to visit any time I'm in Oklahoma has, oddly enough, opened up an Alabama location. At first I thought it was a glitch on Google maps because I have been to the OKC locations so many times lol. The biscuits here are much better than the OK locations but they don't have some of the menu items like sourdough toast and few other things that are popular menu items at other locations and the food here just isn't quite as good as the other locations I frequent. The servers are polite but could definitely be more attentive to their tables. Although there is some room for improvement and it isn't quite up to par with the other locations, overall it's a good place to eat and I'd go back.
