Subway

I called to place in an order for pick up at 8:24 PM. It rang for 6 min before I hung up and I immediately called back. I called and let the phone ring the entire time during my 10 minute drive. I pull into the driveway and the guy working goes back into the back and the phone gets picked up and immediately hung up without a word. Keep in mind I'm watching this through the window as I'm sitting in the parking lot. I walk in at 8:41 and ask if there was a specific reason the phone wasnt answered, he said the phone has been messing up and it never rang. He said he went to pick it up after I told him it was me calling and he said he tried to say hi but it hung up on itself... 🤔 I can believe there were phone troubles IF I HADNT CALLED A DAY BEFORE TO ASK WHAT TIME THE STORE CLOSES. Food here has always been good, just very displeased with the service this time. I know if I'm back and he is the one working, subway wont be getting my business that day.

The one here in Jamestown, TN is amazing. I love all the girls that work there, a couple of them especially lol. Always super friendly and completely understanding of my complicated requests. They work their little butts off as fast as they can even when they're slammed and short staffed at the moment and they always get my subs right. Usually when I walk in they ask if I'm having my usual two 6 inches and already know exactly what I want. I have no complaints whatsoever and I'll continue going at least every other day as usual lol.

Subway's always fresh eating vegetables make it your own way make it your own way make it your own way yay you know they have great vegetables and breads it's usually calm and quiet no lines bring down your prices on your sandwich come on and give us the text code that we can do where we can get the you know special offers on our phones again cuz I don't like this thing with the little order online coin thingy
