It's really hard to rate a "fast food" restaurant up. Arby's has never disappointed. We have yet to have a bad meal there. Order your fries with no salt and you'll be super happy. Fluvanna Ave is probably the best Arby's to go to. They've never got it wrong. 👍

I have eaten at many restaurants and many different Arby's locations. Of all the places I have ever been, this location has the most polite, kind & courtesy staff I have ever met. I often eat here and have not been disappointed. They are excellent with orders. Food is well prepared. Excellent service. Keep up the fabulous work all of you!

First time ever having Arby's and the Buffalo chicken sandwich was bussin for sure. And the milkshake wasn't bad either I'd say right behind Chick-fil-A. The fries on the other hand were absolutely trash not hot stale very bad

The time taken to ensure my order was completed before even getting to the window, and the amount of respect and knowledge given through the speaker as well! Top notch! The service at the window was just as respectful and the food was brought hot and smelled amazing. Even tasted amazing too!!!

The guy Luis in the drive thru was hilarious and courteous. Great service at this location. Hot food, everything was fresh.
