The food that I have tried was excellent. I had a ham and cheese sub. The bread was wonderfully soft and delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. The dining area was exceptionally small. From the pictures, it was not at all what I expected. When you walk in, there are two high, large square tables on the left with 4 bar chairs. On the right, there were 2 smaller tables with chairs, as well as the menu written on some black boards. They offer sandwiches, soups and salads. The person that was working there that day was very kind and upbeat. The parking is somewhat of an issue. I had to drive around a bit before I could find a suitable parking spot not too far away. So these two problems - space and parking - are the only two issues. If they had more room, I know they could do more business and I would feel more comfortable going there. I would love to go there again, but those are two issues that make me very anxious.
Always a pleasure to frequent the Harvest Time Cafe, owner operaters are very friendly and the home made cherry cheese cake was amazing & as always my favorite harvest chicken salad sub. The donation to Sam's Club gift baskets gift card was a pleasure and great gesture on Judy's owners part to donate to the cause we ty. Great addition to our community these folks are. Ty.
Nicely run small business. A few things were out from the menu but enough to still have an enjoyable lunch. Had the chicken salad wrap. It was very good and was obviously made fresh. I'll be back. Need to try some cheesecake!!
You lucky folks living in the Jamestown area have a restaurant gem in your midst. While vacationing in your city, my daughter and I asked an employee at the Desilu facility for a lunchtime recommendation. We were directed to the Harvest Time Café and after a few minutes we felt like we were enjoying good friends and home-style hospitality due to the congenial owners, Judi and Lea. Not only was the food delicious, plentiful and affordable, the atmosphere in this quaint eatery was absolutely amicable and unpretentious. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we’ll keep notes of our travel and list this Café at 108 W. 3rd Street with Five Stars. We hope to come back! Lizabeth & Kathy from Ohio
