Made a very simple order at the drive thru. One bacon double cheeseburger with nothing but ketchup on it.

Very poor service! Took 15 minutes before being acknowledged to place order. Waitress rude. Got ordered in another 15 minutes. Asked for ketchup twice. Had to knock on door to finally get ketchup. Will not be back.

One star is way to high for this place .went today pulled in to 3 different stalls and attempted to order. Pushed button no one would answer. Pulled up to the door and attempted to order on line , no luck wifi was turned off. I was thinking maybe they should tear down this place and build a restaurant that wants to serve customers. I don't want to hear " contact the franchise owner because obviously they don't care.

Asked for little mustard and cat. But got none. Pushed call bottom, nothing. I had to walk up and wait for server to come out after pushing walk up button. My food was cold and the fry's were reheated old fry's. The second time for this type of service, no more.

Service is horrible. Spent 20 minutes waiting for them to take our order with NO customers in the parking lot.., they never did. Went through the drive through, noone took our order. Drive off and the employees were just standing outside talking to each other. It's a joke. I'm sorry but it shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes to make a dang milkshake.

No star. This place doesn't deserve a star . Too bad there isn't a rating below 0 . Waited at a station . No Response . Went to drive-thru . Had to wait -Again . The service is the absolute worst . They weren't even busy. A couple of people pulled in and actually sat there so long they started blowing their horns .Asked for the manager . That was a waste of time. She was no help at all . Needless to we will not be going back . I will go where they value their customers and actually provide customer service.

Food always wrong. App never works right. Always takes the mo ey from my card yet says that it was declined and to try again later. When i inform the manager at sonic she informs me there is nothing she can do and she didnt take my money and walks off. I do not recommend anyone waste their time at the sonic in jamestown tn. And never ever download and use the app. Its such a hassel to get your money back.

Very fast and the food is always fresh every-time!!! The carhops are very professional and always fixes anything if the order is messed up!! This is one of the best Sonics I’ve ever been too!
