I've bought a quesadilla from them twice in the past month. I was surprised because despite them being a chain, the quesadillas were actually delicious. The first time, I got the birria and the second time, I got the steak and both times the food was great. I'm a little confused by the comments because in the two times I was there, I always received friendly customer service from them. Maybe it has to do with the times I visited, as I so far only visited between 12 and 4pm. This place and the halal place next to it are probably the best eats in the building imo.

First time ordering. Found them through UberEats. Recovering from surgery and avoiding the usual greasy food. Ordered the chicken bowl meal. Was pleasantly surprised. They have vegan options also. Will order again.
My massive burrito bowl was delicious. The staff was friendly. I went there late so a few items were out of stock. But it’s to be expected; this place services a lot of airport employees and passengers. I never had a bad experience.
