4.9 out of 5 stars. I have patronized this fine restaurant since 1994. The Twin cheeseburger basket with Sweet tea is my all time favorite. Their chicken fingers are amazing and their BBQ is really good. My wife loves their salads. I love the retro atmosphere. My only knock is they do not accept credit cards. Other than that, I will always eat here when ever we visit Jacksonville.

I had the deluxe cheeseburger basket. I ate the whole thing and I waddled out a very happy glutton! The burger was moist with crispy edges, all the fixings tasted fresh, the BBQ sauce didn't overpower, and the fries and onion rings were nice and hot. I'm still waddling and may not eat again for days. Yum!

Good food but bad service. Manger said it was my responsibility to tell them to keep my said in the cooler not under a hot light. I ordered it with dressing on the side not only was it hot it had been soaked with dressing. When I talked to the manager who sounded like a kid with a smart mouth he said to bring it back and he would replace it since this is the 3rd order in a row they got wrong ill take my business and everyone I know to a restaurant that can get it correct or not have a smartmoth when your not satisfied!

We have always loved eating at The Rocket in Jacksonville, Al but today the service was terrible, they served orders that we're taken after ours and in top of that they got our order totally wrong. The excuse I got ,the owners son was training a new girl. My opinion he needs to be retrained on how to train their new employees. Signed Lisa
