We ordered on line. The $22 Family pack-regular. With a Chicken sandwich and onion rings. We got no onion rings and no fries. The chicken sandwich was grease coated. The bun was dripping with grease. The fries were supposed to come with the bundle. Totally not happy with this delivery! Also there is no local number for the store on John Harden Dr.

This use to be my go to place for a burger and fries, they use to be fast and served fresh and hot food. NOT ANY MORE! Last several times it's still fast, but the burger is cold and on a stale bun and the fries are cold as well. Quality & Freshness of the food is more important than how fast I get my food.
I'm done with Burger King!

Sit 40 minutes in line. Order a meal that was show on board to be 6.99 they end up taking my 10 bucks give no change. Order a plain burgers got to work and the burger had everything on it and drink was wrong flavor. Same your self some headache and eat else where

Didn’t receive condiments that I asked for, didn’t receive marinara that comes with mozzarella sticks(even says it comes with it in the item description so shouldn’t have to ask for that item, food was smashed and very mediocre. Tea was soured so it made the food that much worse not having a drink to wash the nasty food down with.
No issues with staff besides what was stated above, definitely will drive past this place from now on.

Doesn't matter what you order they just give you what they want. Glad they git rid of the discrimination happening to me once a week but also once a week they literally mess up my order al I want is a burger NO KETCHUP AND NO PICKLES. I've gotten only ketchup and pickles and regular and once a week I have to get my food remade. Definitely not having it my way here more there way. On another note there multiple health code violations that I can see from the drive thru window.

Manager always has bad attitude, went through drive thru asked if I could place 2 orders was told "no" then I asked if the inside was open and again wear told "no" so we got done placing 1st order and then they asked about 2nd order so I placed it but nothing was available for the second order- imagine that, but what we got on first order the chicken fingers they were rubber!!! Inedible! This location is awful!!!!

I went for lunch and was asked to pull around and my meal would be brought to me. I waited for 15 minutes then called and reminded them I was still waiting on my meal. Five more minutes pasted, I went in to get my order and six other people were standing waiting on their meal also. I waited another five minutes and noticed my meal was just sitting on the counter. I told them I saw my bag. They handed me my bag and I left.

Went through the drive thru sat in line for about 30 mins. They would take an order have them pull up and give them the food and wouldnt take another order until that car was gone. It took so long. Then the food was sloppy and some of my order was wrong. I hope it was a bad night and not an every day thing. I dont eat burger king very much at all so i dont know if this is the norm for this place. But wont be going back anytime soon.
