I got the Original chicken sandwich and it was to me fantastic hot crispy and the way I love it. Service was slow and friendly. I know what your thinking. With two worker's it was fast. But with coast they are doing the best that anyone can expect
I had a mobile order and unfortunately they were out of the item I ordered. The awesome crew took care of me and suggested a really good choice as a substitute. I’ve never had a situation where I came off happier when my food was unavailable.
I’ve been coming too this Burgerking for a while now an I wanted too take my time out an say that the staff is amazing I waited a while the other week cause of issues the store was having but one of the workers or managers miss Katherine was very professional an amazing y’all keep up the good work just wanted too show appreciation too all of them in the moring keep it up
Went through the drive through today and ordered the whopper jr duo they were ready by the time I got my change and my drink! Drive through staff were very friendly and welcoming! 10/10 will be back!
One of the Managers names Brian has went Above and Beyond to be sure My Whopper Didn’t have any Lettuce and tomato on it as I’m allergic to, very Nice young Man all the workers were awesome, I have been to other Burger King locations in Jacksonville Fl area but none of them are as Good as this location here at 10142 Philips Hwy if I could Give them 100 Stars I would give them 100 Stars !!
I haven't been to this burger king in a lil over a year . I decided to get lunch today at this location I'm very impressed the employees was friendly my food was fresh and being that I'm a picky eater it was made just to my desire and I didn't have to wait until next summer this same day to get my order Great Job Guys
Bk was clean nice environment, good attitude.
But this lady in back I think she say her name was Mz.Tee,she is tu funny tu ,I watched her make my food and she did it on point,now her manager I think she say her name was Ms.Mellisa them tu work good together, nothing but smiles and laughter....
