Came in for Sunday brunch it was lit had a live DJ when we arrived at around 1115 there was a line outside the building brunch starts at 11 AM till 4 PM at the building filled up pretty quick parking is limited so you may want to get there early It’s a younger crowd when you come it looks like people are dressed for a club experience. The DJ is very hyped 100% he plays hip-hop music. The food is good it’s first come first serve no reservations necessary. If you get there late you’ll probably be standing or waiting . I ordered the fried fish and shrimp. The shrimp were good. The fish was good. My husband ordered the fried lobster as an appetizer. It was delicious as far as the wait for food it will be a little weight. I’m not sure if it’s understaffed, but it gets filled pretty quick so the waitresses and waiters you have to be patient with them, but our waiter was very Kind and attentive. It was an experience.

We finally had the opportunity to try out Jazzy’s. The food was really good & very well seasoned. The food also came out pretty quickly. The wait staff was not very attentive. I also did not enjoy eating lobster with plastic utensils. Thank goodness the lobster was tender.

Finally made it out to Jazzy's in Riverside on Kings across from Kickback's. The menu is simple which is refreshing not having 30 items to choose from. Started of with the Cajun Pork Rinds which came out crackling fresh with the perfect amount of heat from the seasoning. (I took the rest home) I went with the Fried chicken meal along a Fried Brussel Sprouts which were recommended by the General manager Anthony with a couple of extra sides to satisfy my flavor palette. Those were the Collards and Mac n Cheese which did not disappoint at all! The smokey flavor of the Collards took me back to my childhood as did the obvious freshness of the Baked Mac with some crispy edges of cheese. Our entertainment was "Monique" singing her heart out and smiling every step of the way. If you haven't stopped in yet, do your self a favor and support with place right away. I would really like this place to stick around and thrive.

My first visit to Jazzy's was great. I had a great time. We were greeted as well entered, seated quickly and food came out extremely fast. I had fried shrimp with fries and a glass of pink moscato. It was really good. Enjoyed the vibe, mix of old and new school music. Although the live band canceled I still had a great time. I will be returning.

My first time going. I heard awesome things and I wasn't let down. My server (Cheyanne) was attentive and kind. Food came out hot and fresh. I had the roasted chicken, rice, and side salad. I wish the raspberry vinaigrette was made in house, despite this is, it was still great. Will be coming back.

I was super excited to pop by Jazzy’s this week. Really enjoyed the food, and it’s a very nice space. No complaints about the food, everything was on point. Just a few hiccups with the waiter/service. I definitely want to come back for a Sunday brunch and music, I heard great things and I’m sure it’s a vibe!

A friend and I decided to check Jazzy’s Restaurant out after church. The restaurant is located on the corner of King’s Street. If you’re not familiar to Jacksonville, your GPS may take you out of the way to get to the restaurant. Parking wasn’t too bad with areas to park along the road and behind the restaurant. We were seated very quickly and had a very nice server. I decided on the bottomless mimosas which were only $15. The selection of food was pretty nice. I decided on the fried chicken with Mac and cheese. I also had the sweet potato soufflé. I’m going to give the food an overall 4 because I am a true southerners and very picky when it comes to Soul Food. Overall, this experience was very pleasant. It was fasting seating and great atmosphere. I’d love to come back to see the live music.
