Captain D's

I'd like to thank your staff today for their great kindness. I've been working long hours and they were so gracious and kind to ask if I was OK. They even checked on me in the parking lot a couple of times. Kindness like yours is rare. Excellent customer service 🤗💗 Thank you so much especially to that young lady who checked on me.

My boyfriend and I went into Captain D's on Edgewood Avenue and I was impressed all the way around! The foomd was great, it was hot And fresh, and the prices have gone down extremely over the past few years! The place was extremely clean even the bathrooms! But the BEST PART was the customer service!! The lady that worked the front and took our order was very respectful, very friendly and welcoming, and made sure we were very well taken care of, she went above and beyond! I wish I would've got her name but I forgot and tried to call and get it after we left but I wasn't able to get through. I haven't seen customer service that great in a very long time, honestly I can't remember the last time! Amazing job guys, keep it up!

The restaurant was not very busy the food came out in a reasonable time and was a decent quality the kitchen staff was actually pretty friendly but the person working the front counter seemed like they had something going on like maybe a personal issue or something that was distracted them we try to be overly friendly to see if we could warm up to them but they never did anyway it was not a bad visit overall the food was decent and the speeds of food came out was very reasonable the cook even pass through the dining room and was very polite and friendly overall I'd say it was a decent visit it's obviously an older Captain D's restaurant and could use a deep cleaning and maybe even a renovation
