I decided to give Captain D's another try. I went to the Edgewood Ave. location and the service as well as food was much better. I ordered the Family Seafood Feast.
I'd like to thank your staff today for their great kindness. I've been working long hours and they were so gracious and kind to ask if I was OK. They even checked on me in the parking lot a couple of times. Kindness like yours is rare. Excellent customer service 🤗💗 Thank you so much especially to that young lady who checked on me.
We just left a different chain restaurant for bad service so we went to this captain Ds. Food and service were both excellent. Cassandra was great!
The speaker was broken so it did take a little while to get the order but it was worth the time and wait! Everything was right and really hot and good! Best captain Ds I’ve ever eaten! So good!
it is not a fancy restaurant of course but i enjoyed the food. we were the only ones there so we got our food quickly. the service was okay
My boyfriend and I went into Captain D's on Edgewood Avenue and I was impressed all the way around! The foomd was great, it was hot And fresh, and the prices have gone down extremely over the past few years! The place was extremely clean even the bathrooms! But the BEST PART was the customer service!! The lady that worked the front and took our order was very respectful, very friendly and welcoming, and made sure we were very well taken care of, she went above and beyond! I wish I would've got her name but I forgot and tried to call and get it after we left but I wasn't able to get through. I haven't seen customer service that great in a very long time, honestly I can't remember the last time! Amazing job guys, keep it up!
Visited cassat ave. location on Tuesday 11/5/19. Purchased Giant Fish Sandwich was very good.
Delicious Fried Fish meal, two sides, solid portion. Drive thru. Wish they didn't use styrofoam. All else, thumbs up.
Antoinette was so sweet and kind. And customer friendliness. That I have not seen in a long time. Best service in years not only from captain ds but any other business. Thank you
We just moved to the area we stopped here for dinner. The service was great and the food was great too. We will definitely be back.
