Poor customer service! Staff didn’t care about their customers’ order! The coffee handed to us looked very filthy due to dripping coffee all around the cups! The donut was just tossed inside the bag upside down! The donut frosting was stuck in the bottom of the bag! The old lady who handed our order didn’t care even after I expressed on how my coffee cup looked like!
The line was long but you can’t go inside the building to place an order!
The owner of this location needs to address all the issues!

The customer service has improved! I have gotten to know the employees and they are nice guys. Sometimes the still mess my drink up but they always make it right before I leave.

They have stuff advertised on the door but say is discontinued . Plus some of the staff is very rude. I will not be coming to this location any more.

Very impressed with this Dunkin people had good attitudes and actually helped the customers. I will go back coffee was fresh and just as I ordered it. Best cup of coffee from Dunkin in a while. I only really drink Dunkin coffee but this was the best of the best in my opinion.

The lady that runs the window in the morning sometimes with the short black hair and long crazy fingernailsis extremely rude
she has no manner is at all she literally will sit there at the window and play on her phone as she's handing your stuff to you
does not even say have a nice day she she just says here you go, She can't even make eye contact or smile
This is going to be the clear reason why people stop coming to this store get better customer service Or at least get employees that are going to do act like they enjoy their job

The girl who has blonde braids and was working may 27th at 1:30AM. She is the reason for these 5 stars. She is always kind and patient next time I will get her name she needs recognized forreal. Most or all of those workers are not like her very considerate thank you

Prices are waaay to high $7.47 for 6 donuts. I got find a new fix for my Ice coffee and donuts. Blueberry Ice coffee was disgustingly sweet. I ask for 1 sugar and cream with an xtra shot of Blueberry. No Blueberry no where... Step your game up Dunkin

Useless they are always out food... Why call this a 24-hour service when at a certain time of the day you stop having donuts and don't even care to make anymore? I went through the line and was told we're selling liquids only!! Why would you keep a store open just to sell liquids how stupid is that?you might as well call this a coffee shop after 7pm. They should have put something else at this location that actually sell the food they advertise.
