Their customer service was outstanding, there was a new kid he messed up my order but they quickly replaced my order and the manager Johnson was such a sweetheart.

This location was neat and clean. I was there at an off-meal-hour this time and service was very fast because there were few customers. I can't comment on wait times with a heavy traffic load but the staff was friendly and worked well together during my visit.

Very good people at this location, I have never had a bad experience at this location, and they get your order right the first time, and it comes out nice and hot/cold, and fast!

It's Burger King it's exactly what you expect it to be I've only run into an issue where they did not have any diet drinks but outside of that this store has been okay

The hamburger wasn't hot...but otherwise it tasted delicious and so did the fries and onion rings.

The gentleman that helped was amazing cooked my partners impossible burger well done no issues then I dropped 5 fries in the floor and they replaced it with a whole new fry. The place is absolutely spotless and the whole staff is considerate andd nice finally a good experience in a Jacksonville fast-food restaurant
