This location was neat and clean. I was there at an off-meal-hour this time and service was very fast because there were few customers. I can't comment on wait times with a heavy traffic load but the staff was friendly and worked well together during my visit.

The gentleman that helped was amazing cooked my partners impossible burger well done no issues then I dropped 5 fries in the floor and they replaced it with a whole new fry. The place is absolutely spotless and the whole staff is considerate andd nice finally a good experience in a Jacksonville fast-food restaurant

Very good people at this location, I have never had a bad experience at this location, and they get your order right the first time, and it comes out nice and hot/cold, and fast!

Their customer service was outstanding, there was a new kid he messed up my order but they quickly replaced my order and the manager Johnson was such a sweetheart.

Ordered some Whopper Juniors with cheese at the drive-thru. I pulled forward a little bit and checked but my cheese must not on the burgers. I went back around and they got me to fresh hot Whopper Juniors with cheese very quickly. I was very happy with the service in the speed and the staff was friendly. In a convenient location.
