If you think of this as a Chili's "themed" restaurant rather than a full version, I don't think you'd be dissappointed.
For a start, they have staff where other airport restaurants were already closing! Said staff were friendly and attentive, though it did seem like they were kept busy.
The menu is online and it's HMSHOST not actually Chili's. I couldn't therefore find it as a location for rewards, despite what the flatware wrapper said :-)
The online menu lacks photos, but I played somewhat safe and had an excellent Mushroom Swiss burger and fries.
The ambience isn't what you'd expect from a neighborhood Chili's, but for an airport, it's just enough.
Tip your servers, at least they showed up!
Normal and standard expectation for airport restaurant and quick bite dining; plastic fork and spoon often seen in restaurants since Covid. QR code menu go paperless, clean table, friendly waitress, pay from your phone. Limited menu offer burgers, sandwich, tacos, kids menu nugget, salad, no chargers here. Four-stars for I compare this to restaurants within this airports only.
Great place to enjoy a bite to eat and beer or two before or between flights. Service was outstanding. Mikayla was very attentive. The foid came out pretty quick. This is the place to get Stella on draft.
This was the Chilis Bar & Grill in the Jacksonville (JAX International) FL, airport. Everything was good but the waffles for my meal could have been a little softer/fluffier and they were sweet.
Breakfast is ok. Ordered thru QR code and food came out quick. My wife didn’t eat her bacon because it was squishy and mostly fatty.
I had the three chicken tacos. It came with rice and beans. They were okay. The mango ice tea was great. The server was awesome.
Plenty of time before my flight so stopped in the JAX airport Chili’s for a drink and something to eat. Not bad ... will make for a content trip back to CLE.
Food is very ok but, if in a hurry, try the To-Go version. I order red some nachos and it took like 12 minutes to get them once I paid.
Customer service was fast meals came with in 5 minutes. Meals are about 12-15 $ you can't beat the price for the portion size especially for an airport. All and all good food
My husband and I went in to have a bite to eat before boarding and the app to order was super easy and the service was spot on. We will definitely do this again the next time we fly out.
