I had a mobile order and waited several minutes at the counter, but nobody acknowledged or greeted me. Finally, I waved and got someone to come over to help me. After that point, they were polite, quick, and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and looked like it had been updated inside recently.
I prefer Popeye's chicken. That being said, KFC are usually on point in getting food out fast. They got me a meal in 3 minutes while, by comparison, I waited an hour for at Popeye's only for them to forget about me and lose my order.

There was a problem with my order on yesterday but the manager manager Richards, replace my order and her customer service was absolutely awesome she apologized for what happened to my order and made everything right,
I mean she went out of her way to make me happy and I truly appreciate that keep up the good work thank you so much you are number one Ms.Richarda.
Really upped their game! If you haven't been to KFC in a while, you owe it to yourself to visit! Amazing flavors for the tenders, incredible sandwiches and low prices (unlike Zaxby's and similar, overpriced chicken places). I'm honestly blown away! Grew up going to KFC, but they are more awesome than ever!

We went 9-3 and when I say we had to wait at speaker it was ok because Bill kept apologizing and checking with us which was nice he was very pleasant we get to window he came to window was nice took payment and they were quick I asked for his name to do a review come to find out Bill he is the new GM and it was nice to see a manager actually working and getting customers in and out and they were friendly so go see Bill KFC best service which some of these other restaurants can learn from him thanks we enjoyed our meal definitely will be back

Polite is an understatement! They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was late and I asked for a pot pie, they had none and informed me it would be over 20min. I gladly waited and they were kind the whole time. Made my week!
