Went for Hardee's breakfast and this location is doing it right. Arrived at 10am, drive through line around the building, orders waiting on biscuits. A bit crazy, but all was good. Staff was on it, things were moving and food was yummy. Thank you.

Every time I come especially on the weekend I get the best service!! Nowhere else since Covid have I experienced this kind of care and kindness. Even on the very rare occasion something is missed it is corrected very quickly and carefully. They make sure I always have everything and everything is always consistent. Glow and Mike are amazing! Great personalities that I wish were infectious!

Saehw at Merrill Rd in Jacksonville should be the face of Hardees. Sunday morning after church, she was alone on the register and greeted EVERY SINGLE customer with a huge smile and joyfully greeting while bagging orders and continually thanking her back house staff. Teach this lady to make biscuits and promote her!!

I only go to hardees in the morning for the B&G. The woman who took my order was so nice and welcoming which is unusual for the morning especially at fast food. I've shared my negative experiences so I have to share the positive. I bet she is the reason some ppl only go to this location. Can't say the same for green cove...

I went here today and had the 5.99 deal and chicken strips they were AMAZING. The restaurant was empty except 3 people, the drive- thru young man, the grill man, and the manager. Counting my 35 years in customer service with 25 of those years being in upper management, the manager at the restaurant on Merrill Rd should be immediately Fired or at the least be reprimanded for her rude and lackluster attitude. But the food and the other employees were MAGNIFICENT

When I say I have nevvvvveeeerrr had a problem with this location, I mean just that. Their food is always fresh during lunch and breakfast. I've ordered everything there is to order from this location and they have never disappointed me. THIS IS HOW FRENCH TOAST SUPPOSE TO LOOK. They deserve a raise at this location for always serving fresh food and cleanliness. You know the food good when the cook had flour all over his clothes lol.
