Today I taught my kids a lesson on good customer service and how a business should treat their customers... We went to my favorite Subway on Normandy Blvd and Lenox Ave ....we were treated with respect even Drake said he felt appreciated here. The bathrooms were available for customers and the ladies in there were great the boys got their sandwich with no problem and no accusations or prejudice evaluations. Thank you subway my boys left relieved, full and happy. After being treated so badly at Subway facility on Wilson and Lane it was great to show my kids what real customer service is like

Visited this location twice in the past 3 weeks, and both times I was highly impressed by the service. Fast, efficient, and friendly - something other locations don't have. I'll be going out of my way to get subs from here from now on.

Service has always been great here. They have a very clean restaurant and usually have every item that I want. The parking lot is the only complaint I have. It just doesn't work out very well. It's obvious that the property was something else prior to this subway

Juju made my wife and I our sandwiches. She took extra care in cutting my wife's bell peppers which is not normally offered at most subway locations. Keep up the fantastic work and keep doing what you're doing, Juju. 10/10

NICK AND STAFF ALWAYS SO NICE THIS MS DOROTHY THEY ARE VERY PATIENT EVEN THROUGH THEY NEED XTRA HELP BIG SHOT TAKE HOURS AND PEOPLE AWAY FROM THEM AND OTHER FAST FOOD PLACES BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE TO DO IT AND WOULDNT KNOW HOW THEY MAKE IT WORK AS A TEAM JUST ONE DAY PUT YOURSELF IN THESE STAFF AND PEOPLE PLACE OH I FORGOT CANT GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY THIS IS A GREAT TEAM PRAY THEY KEEP DURING AND WORKING AS A TEAM

I mean it's subway so if you don't like it it's your fault. I mean you made the sandwich so it's definitely not the fault of the people working there, all they did was what you told them to do. Idk what to tell you if you make a sandwich and then you don't like it. And the atmosphere gets 2 stars because there isn't any... there aren't any chairs or tables and nothing quite says get your sandwich and gtfo like not having a chair to sit in

They need tinted windows or shades put up for the employees, this would help with the way the employees feel about being there. The service was great, but the employees can't make eye contact without being blinded.

They were short staffed & 1 guy was being trained but the atmosphere here was good & the manager was nice & helpful. The coupons were still in date but cash register wasn't co-operative but the manager helped with a smile. The new guy had a very good disposition & I reassured (her)the manager that he was doing well.

I've been to this location twice in the last few months and had excellent service both times, from completely different employees each time. The food was prepared well and fresh. They pulled a fresh roast beef for my sandwich when noticing the stuff on the line was looking tired. I didn't even ask and I wouldn't have complained about getting the roast beef that was there. The fact they did that meant a lot. The attention to detail was there and appreciated. This is my go to Subway now.
