Today I taught my kids a lesson on good customer service and how a business should treat their customers... We went to my favorite Subway on Normandy Blvd and Lenox Ave ....we were treated with respect even Drake said he felt appreciated here. The bathrooms were available for customers and the ladies in there were great the boys got their sandwich with no problem and no accusations or prejudice evaluations. Thank you subway my boys left relieved, full and happy. After being treated so badly at Subway facility on Wilson and Lane it was great to show my kids what real customer service is like

Visited this location twice in the past 3 weeks, and both times I was highly impressed by the service. Fast, efficient, and friendly - something other locations don't have. I'll be going out of my way to get subs from here from now on.

Juju made my wife and I our sandwiches. She took extra care in cutting my wife's bell peppers which is not normally offered at most subway locations. Keep up the fantastic work and keep doing what you're doing, Juju. 10/10

Service has always been great here. They have a very clean restaurant and usually have every item that I want.
The parking lot is the only complaint I have. It just doesn't work out very well. It's obvious that the property was something else prior to this subway

I mean it's subway so if you don't like it it's your fault. I mean you made the sandwich so it's definitely not the fault of the people working there, all they did was what you told them to do. Idk what to tell you if you make a sandwich and then you don't like it. And the atmosphere gets 2 stars because there isn't any... there aren't any chairs or tables and nothing quite says get your sandwich and gtfo like not having a chair to sit in

They need tinted windows or shades put up for the employees, this would help with the way the employees feel about being there. The service was great, but the employees can't make eye contact without being blinded.

Bravo Subway on Normandy!! Awesome job! My husband ordered through Door Dash. He ordered a Cheesesteak and a Turkey Cali. The Turkey Cali is now my new favorite. I am so glad I have the other half for later. My husband enjoyed his cheesesteak also. Now he has another half to eat too. Thanks again. You folks are great!!!
