The best Krystal in town by far . All of the others are falling off . This is not the best part of town but their service and food was way better than the service that we get from the Krystal on the westside . Food was fresh and workers were great . I will make the drive to come to this one any time !

The same as it was 50 years ago. Little burgers of goodness with onions, mustard, and the prized pickle. The fries are not my favorite as I prefer steak fries. Not a bad choice every now and again.

This Krystals, has had by far the best customer Service, very pleasant and fastest service I've had in a long time. After I drop my boys off to school in the morning, I always stop by for something. There's not one cashier that I've encountered that wasn't pleasant. It's one Caucasian woman in particular that works mornings and she is absolutely AWESOME! I asked her name, I wrote it down and still managed to lose the paper when my boys detailed my car. I give this place 10 stars. Their awesome!

You guys should really be ashamed of yourselves for passing off the food you do onto your customers. I ordered two sausage biscuits and the sausage looked and tasted like it was two days old. It had shrunk up to nothing and was extremely dry. I wish I could include a picture, but I can't upload one in a review. I've learned not to expect much when it comes to Krystal's.

We stopped at a Krystal in Ringgold for breakfast. My husband remembered liking sunrises. This is what we were served. Dried out bun, a yellow slab that was supposed to be egg, a piece of cheese that never melted and something that was supposed to be sausage. Also got potato sticks that were greasy and over cooked. Never again!

Always been a big fan of crystals and still love the burgers but my experience with this particular store was not that great. All of the food was cold and the majority of our small order was given to us incorrectly. Staff was polite but we had just driven a long ways and do not have a Krystal's in our town experience was disappointing will not go back to this location again

Today at 8015 Merrill Rd. It was freezing in the restaurant area. I got there at 8 AM and asked for the heat to be turned. The manager said there was nothing she could do. Today at 10:54 AM the temperature was still 55 degrees.Yesterday the music was so loud we had to shout across the tables to talk - again same manager, nothing can be done. We used to have a group of 20-25 regulars come in everyday for breakfast. We are down to 5-7 of us, as the others are tired of being harassed. The help parked their cars in front as close to the door as they can get until we complained yesterday to the corporate office and they moved today. We range from 60-80 years old. We use canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc and a lot are vets who have hearing problems. As we have nothing else to do, we are going to post our complaints everyday until changes are made....
