Staff was super nice and joyful. They enjoyed being there to work. All had positive attitudes. Food was hot and fresh. Nice hot fries. Getting cheese on Krystal is a treat. Great experience. Not often a person can go in a fast food and get unsweetened tea.

This place used to be the worst for customer service and speed. Now they have a tall fella running the window with dreads and I tell you what his customer service is on point! My food is always right! Great choice in an employee! He made a world of a difference to this location

Very kind. Greetings upon entrance. Sliders were freshly prepared. Would definitely return for more. Thank you! There's not many fast food establishments that are respectful and treat you like you're wanted there but this one certainly Does!

I’m really a fan of Krystal’s fast food and with so many locations closing up in Florida, I was happy to find a location in Jacksonville Florida that was close to my location. ❤️

Staff went out their way to make sure I was well taken care of & didn't need anything. Staff also helped me clean up my mess. Staff was so kind & respectful. I can tell they really cared about me as a customer.
