The food and service was good. The employees were all smiling and helpful.
We had another customer come over to our table and tell us to keep a eye on our trucks because we were in a bad area.

The food is great, the employees that I've encountered while getting food from here are friendly (considering they're located on 103rd) and thank God don't have nasty attitudes! I did notice when I got the garlic shrimp for my lunch break, it had a similar taste of their funnel cake sticks, not sure if they change the oil at all, but that's the only thing I found to say something about, other than that I love me some Captain Ds!

I’ve been here several times and have consistently had good food and good service. Food is always fresh and hot and the people are nice. It does take several minutes for food to come out but they cook to order so I don’t mind waiting. Would definitely recommend!

I've been going the last several weeks on Sat. 3pm. Not busy, service was great, food was outstanding. Tried 3 different items, & all was great. Will be going again in the future.

The 5 stars is taking into consideration this is a fast food style restaurant. I'm rating it based on what it is.
This isn't the best seafood around, but it is very good for what it is. I've passed by hundreds of Captain D's over the years and I have never pulled the trigger on actually going.
I stopped in today and got the deluxe seafood platter and it was surprisingly good. Huge portion for $12, fresh and piping hot, friendly service, in and out in roughly 5 minutes.
If you want quick seafood, I'd recommend here. It's solid.
