One person was working in the entire restaurant. He was courteous and worked fast. Our order was correct and delicious. Hats off to the employee working Christmas Eve morning.
Pleasant staff, food was hot and fresh, and those mac & cheese bites... man oh man, they were delicious! I wanted to turn back around and get some more. My experience at this location was great.
I just wanted to take the time to leave a positive review because of the exceptional customer service I received here today. I came thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered a double beef n cheddar sandwich, but realized after i got back to work and went to eat it that they forgot the cheese sauce. Unfortunately either i misplaced the receipt or it wasnt in the bag, so i took a couple pictures and went back in there today. Marley, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and polite, not only did he replace my sandwich, he gave me fries and a drink and a coupon to use next time i come in to cover the inconvenience of having to come back. I will definitely be returning to this location specifically thanks to Marley and the rest of the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Thanks again Marley! :)
The greek gyro was fantasic; they made it just like I requested. I also got the mozzarella sticks and a chocolate chip cookie; they both were very good. The order came on time from grubhub. Thanks very much.
Just ate there and it was nice. The people were Friendly. They weren't busy so we didn't feel rushed. The food was great and their shake 😋 delicious . This location is by far the best in Jacksonville.
This location is one of the best I have visited, always very kind and speedy. The food is enjoyable and hot. And it’s nice to see the managers and owner so engaged with the staff and so supportive of them. Always a great lunch spot during the week.
Arby's closed their lounge area to soon, I have a big truck and hate drive through.
The food was good and the drive thru service was fast and friendly, but when did Arby's get so expensive? 😂 2 combo meals large sized and a 3rd large drink was forty dollars? I get it that the prices of everything are up but when I pulled up to the window and she read my total I had to ask her to read me back my order because I was certain there was a mistake. Not unreasonable for the quantity of food but surprising for our area from a restaurant with a drive thru.
It was before their dinner rush, so I was served quickly, and my food was fresh and correct!
Food is always good from Arby's in any city. Late night take-out.
