So this is gotten to be a place that my wife loves. So we come here quite a bit. I will highly recommend using the app to place your order at a time. And that way you orders ready for you when you walk in. They're always friendly. I don't know that they've ever gotten anything in our order wrong..

We ordered pick up on Halloween for dinner. My fiancé went and picked up our order. Our food was picture perfect when compared to the menu. The food was ready quick and we got it home hot.

The subs are great as you would expect from firehouse but what makes this location really stand out is the customer service. I have been eating at this location 2 - 3 times per week for the last 3 months (I work within walking distance of the location) and each time the staff has been extremely friendly and very welcoming. Rodney, who appears to be the manager, is extremely nice and very efficient. I would come back for the customer service alone.

Was having a bad day today after a disastrous experience at Mshack half an hour earlier. But Firehouse made my day all better. Cora, Austin, Tyler and Michael all greeted me warmly when I entered, and they made an incredibly good sandwich for me that tasted great and stayed together well - unlike Mshack's pitiful sandwiches. Firehouse made my day much better, and I look forward to eating here again the next time I am in town.

Every time I come in, the employees are incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. I have seen them go above and beyond for their customers, and they make the food quickly. They make yummy sandwiches too :) Thanks for the great service.

I work right down the street and I am a repeat customer of this specific Firehouse Subs location. Simply put: the food is consistently good so if you like Firehouse Subs you will like this store. Some days my office is really busy and Firehouse will be the only thing I eat all day. In the last 2 years, I have eaten here numerous times and this store consistently serves good sandwiches. If I make a special request for my order, they always give me the sandwich exactly as I asked. They haven’t messed up any of my to-go orders for over two years. It may not sound like much; however, when I am working all day and only have time for one meal.. it is a relief to know that I can order dinner to-go without worrying about something being wrong with my food. If they keep it up, I’ll always keep coming back to this store. Thanks for all the times you guys fed me and it was the only meal I had all day.

Best Firehouse Subs in the area--our favorite! My wife and I drive 10 miles to reach this restaurant: staff always congenial, attentive, and helpful; food always hot and delicious; and restaurant always clean. Highly recommended!

Food is good, it can seem like you are waiting a bit longer than you should. But it's not bad. My main issue with Firehouse is the cost. It seems quite expensive when you bring two or three people and it's almost $35. At the same time though they're in a completely different league than Subway.

We eat there frequently, had a large take out order and the men working were very kind, offered cup holder (it's the little things) and came around to open the door for us. Great service, yummy food.

Food is great they are always friendly. There is a big crowd at lunchtime so expect to wait alittle bit. They are only human. I just tried the tuna salad sub it is very good. Always a pleasure when I walk in the door
