Always great subs. This location is is on my way back home from work and it's near a major shipping hub. I would say don't go during rush hour, but otherwise the shop is convenient and clean. The new pepperoni meatball sub is excellent.

Oh! My Gosh! Let me tell you!!! I had a lonnnngggg day yesterday and I had been craving a sub for a few days. I came in and told the lovely employee my concern about a prior experience with Firehouse Subs. When she gave me my sub I didn't even get to it until later that night!!!(I got the beef brisket and cheddar on wheat) it didn't even matter! That Thang was bussin bussin !!😋 ouuuwweeeee!!! She deserves more than 5 stars. The meat was tender and juicy...every bite! I think she made it personally for me...It's the little things 🩵💛💜

My phone number to my online order account was the wrong one, but Ms. Kenisha the manager took great care of me, quickly and with such kindness! Yonni and Amanda made the sandwiches to my liking and happily fulfilled my special requests for myself and my family. I’m very happy to come to this location every time! It’s very important for staff to be friendly and willing to help, and this store absolutely came through. Firehouse will always be my go to, and exceeds all expectations. No one can top firehouse and their subs :)

they had nothing. i ordered hook and ladder extra mayo no onions. all i got was meat and a slight bit of mayo. not even the lettuce or tomato was on it.
edit: manager contacted and remade the sub a lot better. i am grateful that management cares for its customers.

I have not had Firehouse in a while. Most locations have become subpar. However, this one is different. I was in a pinch and needed some food on new years in the evening and the staff were happy, attentive and fully on top of what we needed and wanted. The food was awesome. I haven't had food this good at Firehouse in years
