I love love love this Dunkin’ Donuts.
The ladies here are great at what they do. I never have a complaint on my coffee. It’s always perfect/fresh. The manager here deserves a big kudos because most Dunkin’s here in Jacksonville usually have coffee that taste old/leaves a bad after taste. I stop in most mornings and even with a long line of cars the drive thru moves so quickly. Even when I stop on my lunch break or on my way home in the afternoon the coffee never disappoints. Thank you for each of the employees who work together greatly! The cookie butter cold foam is also great! The loaded hash browns were a little disappointing however.

Love everything about this place. The daily quotes in the windows to the staff who always are friendly and smiling. Love love love this place and staff. I can't say it enough. From plain bagel with creme cheese and medium mocha ice coffee no sugar cream whip and drizzle. 😊

Went there for the first time and ordered 1ice coffee, it was so delicious I had to buy 2 more and take to my Foreman at work. Great job guys

Customer service was wonderful. Even as busy as it was when I came in, all of the workers behind the counter had positive attitudes and smiles. I had a large order so I knew it would take some time but they got it to me and it was delicious as usual. My new favorite Dunkin!

The ladies are always nice and friendly. The food is always hot and their sweet tea is the perfect sweetness. If you go to any Dunkin in Jacksonville, this should be the one.

This location specifically has the friendliest staff! Not only are they friendly but they really take pride in what they do but they do. I always get the perfect drink and it makes it completely worth going out of my way to come to this location.

Wow we had a really positive experience at this Dunkin thankfully. Don’t allow the other reviews to scare you. Customer service was kind and food came quick.
Plus the place was decorated nicely fit the holidays.
The strawberry dragonfruit refresher was delicious and tasted so good but definitely make sure to ask for less ice which I forgot too. It was around the same quality as Starbucks I would say it may have been even better.
The egg wraps were decent nothing really to complain about.
The crescent and egg was very filling.
The Carmel machiotto here are really good and I would say comparable to Starbucks.
Their coffee was pretty standard.
Donuts were delicious as always.
5/5 definitely recommend

I pre ordered using the ap and got a bacon egg and white cheddar pancake wake up wrap. Upon opening the wrap my first smell was of syrup so I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't taste syrup and it wasn't sweet. Yay! Super tasty and the perfect size.
