Enjoyed the new experience of Beignets. It was our first time and the food was very good. The service was ok considering there was only one man helping everyone. Atmosphere was ok. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. It reminded us of Haiti. We miss being able to go visit due to the unrest in the country. My oxtails were tender and flavorful. My husband had fried pork and plantains with rice. It was also good. They serve there food in Styrofoam which was different, yet we didn't have to ask for a "to go" container when we couldn't eat it all 😉. I did stick my head in the back to tell the cooks, great job. The two older ladies, who looked like they stepped off the island into America, were very flattered and loved the compliments. The are great cooks!
This is one of the best Haitian owed Caribbean restaurants that I've tried so far. Come here! The food was hot and fresh, as we ate in restaurant after we ordered. I had the jerk chicken which had just enough spice for me and my partner had the oxtails. All of it was delicious. We 100% will be back to eat here again if/when we are back in Jax.

I've never had one bad meal at this restaurant. The food is SUPERB! And they give you good portions. You really get your money's worth. The staff is also very nice.

Good Haitian Food.
Taste one time, and you'll come back again.
Trust me.
Good Griyo, Taso...
This is a small family owned Haitian business. Food was amazing. Very spicy/spiced food and servings are very filling!
Good portions for the price! Conch is a rubbery kind of fish meat anyhow but the sauce used here made it quite do-able since it was not in a fritter (best way to eat conch). The cabbage and rice was very good but plantanos were dry. Location was easy to get to but the parking lot would be challenging if there was a crowd of cars.
Food was really good staff was nice got my order right and the rice was fresh.
First time here. Been looking for a Haitian restaurant for YEARS since i moved to the southside.
Its actually pretty damn good.
Didnt have white rice and sos pwa(😥😢) but thats ok. Next time. The rice and peas is just as good.
Im not a really big fan of fried plantains (i like mine sweet) BUT man! Im loving the two i got.
The Legumes is great! It also has a subtle spiciness to it. i am currently 6 months pregnant and my baby loves spicy so this is definitely a plus.
Service was fast. The gentleman who took my order was kind and even laughed w me. The young lady who served my food was kind as well.
Will definitely be back and i will bring my family.
Also, for what i got, i only spent $17 dollars and some change and left a tip(even though i didnt dine in).
A very happy customer here!
