The service was great, the food was good. The only issue we had was the steak was ordered medium rare and came back well done. They did offer to remake the steak however we did not have time to wait. We will go back.

Waitresses were friendly. Atmosphere was good. Was busy when we went during lunch. Clean but the floors in bathroom were sticky and our seat was worn out a bit with a few holes. Didnt see any gf or sugar free options on menu. Give out free rolls and reg cups of butter for each table. Husband ordered meduim rare steak with broccoli and fries. They did a good job on steak. I had the yummy chicken strips broccoli and rice. I like the seasoning on chicken strips. Then desserts were really good. Cherry pie and the brownies. Everything was cooked well. Prices was decent for the food. I didnt see those electronic game/ menu devices on the tables like you see at olive garden or ruby tuesdays.

The service was good. I tried two different veggies and didn't like either. But the salmon and mashed potatoes were excellent! They give you hot, fresh bread and butter. The kids meals are reasonably priced and decent for little kids. The margaritas are good as well.

Club sandwich served on fresh crispy baguette was delicious.
Others at the table had salmon bowl nicely presented salmon over quinoa, kale and orzo.
Second visit:. service still friendly. Today was Wedge salad with blue cheese dressing and steak. All fresh delicious.

Food was very good, actually surprised me. Service could be better but I get it, slow Tuesday afternoon. Very good deals, extremely reasonable menu prices. And an awesome kids eat free with adult entree everyday! I'm from out of town so this was a great surprise.

Old reliable! Good food at a reasonable price. Don't forget "Free Pie Wednesday." Steve is a great manager! Always stops by the table to say "Hello," and make sure everything was to our liking. I don't order much from the bar which is good. One of the bartenders leaves something to be desired.

The wait staff is great, but always ask for Tee if you want the best server in town. The food is delicious, especially when Nick is the chef on duty. The dining room is always clean, and the atmosphere is very hospitable. That said, the way the manager treats his staff. No one should ever get chewed out in front of customers.

Me and my family came to the restaurant at 410 Commerce Center Dr
Jacksonville, FL 32225 for lunch around 1pm. Our son Joey has severe nut allergies and can not have nuts. We were seated in a timely manner and our waitress was so nice. We asked her if you used peanut oil for the french fries and she said she had to talk to someone in the back. Not even a few minutes after she left the manager/assistant manager came to our table and explained to us that even though the oil was not peanut oil there was a possibility of cross contamination do to the pecan chicken tenders being fried in the same oil. I was very impressed that he came and personally helped us find another side item our son could have. He was very delightful and concerning. He also came back to the table a few times to make sure our son was eating well. I never had such excellent service before. Other restaurants believe it or not cannot be bothered or just don’t seem to know. This is very important to us since our son can go into anaphylaxis shock and have horrible results. It really was an excellent experience! Also both my boyfriends and I meals were excellent as well.

Went in with a party of 6 for a birthday celebration. Our waitress was very attentive and followed thru with our requests. O’Charleys Is one of our favorite restaurants especially for their baby backs (wishing they would go back to 1/2rack servings), salmon and rolls. Managers Michael and Dennis are on top of pleasing their patrons,. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Terrible food! They have switched to pepsi which is always a sign of trouble. Free pie night too-i got chocolate silk, hubby got pecan. Couldnt believe how tiny, mini size they were with a crust that tasted like cardboard. Got charged for an extra plate because grandson wanted to taste papa’s soup. Will be a while before returning to this one. Used to be deceit but going down hill fast.

At the restaurant now writing this review. We sat at the table and after 15 mins had to flag a server down. My husband served in the military and after getting shot in the stomach can’t eat gluten when we ask if we could order something off the rest of the menu if they would still honer the promotions he manager simply said no and was no help at all. We will never come back.

My boyfriend got blackened shrimp his plate was pretty pathetic all 6 tiny tiny amount of food for a man. We could have went to Alehouse for 35 shrimp!!!! Same price too! We won't be back! And they put the wrong sides on the wrong people's plate at our table.

My family and friends all love O’Charleys. I’ve never had a bad experience and have ate here many times. Food is always good and the staff has always been great. I recently had a surprise BD party with 15 people. The waitresss introduced herself and I thought “oh no” . Only 1 person to take care of all of us? But this girl was on top of it. We never had to wait for anything. She was personable , and took care of all our needs in a timely fashion. The manager “Dennis” was awesome , making sure my surprise party went well. We loved this place, first time ever eating here and it was great, the kids eat free everyday and then they offer you like 8 choices of pie for free after your meal, the pecan pie tasted homemade too, very pleased with our choice to eat lunch.

Food was okay, not as good as it has been in the past. Not pleased with the service at all. Our server was more interested in talking to the two men at the bar than checking on us. She did not bring my mashed sweet potatoes and by the time I got the opportunity to let her know...my food was cold. Plus, I needed a drink refill. She needs to take some notes from my previous servers that were very attentive. Very dissatisfied �

This was my first visit , as I looked at the menu and the wide selections of food and the prices I asked myself why I didn't know about this. I was very pleased with steak ,ribs, the overload potatoe soup and those sweet potatoes. I almost forgot the dinner rolls. See you later today.

The food is excellent, and the service is great. The General Manager (Steve) and staff (Dennis and Michael) are attentive and ask is everything all right ?, at least 3 times a meal. If anything needs tending too, the do it fast and with a smile.

Worst experience ever! The food was horrible. The mozzarella sticks taste was indescribably nasty as well as the so called New Orleans Cajun Pasta. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

I hadn't been here in a long time and it didn't let me down. That wood smoked salmon, caesar salad and mashed sweet potatoes were awesome topped off with a FREE slice of pie and an AWESOME glass of strawberry lemonade w/ spirits. I wasn't disappointed.
