Went in with a party of 6 for a birthday celebration. Our waitress was very attentive and followed thru with our requests. O’Charleys Is one of our favorite restaurants especially for their baby backs (wishing they would go back to 1/2rack servings), salmon and rolls. Managers Michael and Dennis are on top of pleasing their patrons,. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

The service was great, the food was good. The only issue we had was the steak was ordered medium rare and came back well done. They did offer to remake the steak however we did not have time to wait. We will go back.
Waitresses were friendly. Atmosphere was good. Was busy when we went during lunch. Clean but the floors in bathroom were sticky and our seat was worn out a bit with a few holes. Didnt see any gf or sugar free options on menu. Give out free rolls and reg cups of butter for each table. Husband ordered meduim rare steak with broccoli and fries. They did a good job on steak. I had the yummy chicken strips broccoli and rice. I like the seasoning on chicken strips. Then desserts were really good. Cherry pie and the brownies. Everything was cooked well. Prices was decent for the food. I didnt see those electronic game/ menu devices on the tables like you see at olive garden or ruby tuesdays.
The service was good. I tried two different veggies and didn't like either. But the salmon and mashed potatoes were excellent! They give you hot, fresh bread and butter. The kids meals are reasonably priced and decent for little kids. The margaritas are good as well.
Club sandwich served on fresh crispy baguette was delicious.
Others at the table had salmon bowl nicely presented salmon over quinoa, kale and orzo.
Second visit:. service still friendly. Today was Wedge salad with blue cheese dressing and steak. All fresh delicious.
Service was prompt friendly and efficient.
I love going to this place. The food is amazing and the service is exceptional.
Food was very good, actually surprised me. Service could be better but I get it, slow Tuesday afternoon. Very good deals, extremely reasonable menu prices. And an awesome kids eat free with adult entree everyday! I'm from out of town so this was a great surprise.
Old reliable! Good food at a reasonable price. Don't forget "Free Pie Wednesday." Steve is a great manager! Always stops by the table to say "Hello," and make sure everything was to our liking. I don't order much from the bar which is good. One of the bartenders leaves something to be desired.
Super Delicious! Staff was very professional and offered excellent service. Bread and butter is out of this world delicious along with the sirloin steak! Taste, atmosphere and service of a fine dining restaurant! Love love love! Can’t wait to come back!
The wait staff is great, but always ask for Tee if you want the best server in town. The food is delicious, especially when Nick is the chef on duty. The dining room is always clean, and the atmosphere is very hospitable. That said, the way the manager treats his staff. No one should ever get chewed out in front of customers.

Me and my family came to the restaurant at 410 Commerce Center Dr
Jacksonville, FL 32225 for lunch around 1pm. Our son Joey has severe nut allergies and can not have nuts. We were seated in a timely manner and our waitress was so nice. We asked her if you used peanut oil for the french fries and she said she had to talk to someone in the back. Not even a few minutes after she left the manager/assistant manager came to our table and explained to us that even though the oil was not peanut oil there was a possibility of cross contamination do to the pecan chicken tenders being fried in the same oil. I was very impressed that he came and personally helped us find another side item our son could have. He was very delightful and concerning. He also came back to the table a few times to make sure our son was eating well. I never had such excellent service before. Other restaurants believe it or not cannot be bothered or just don’t seem to know. This is very important to us since our son can go into anaphylaxis shock and have horrible results. It really was an excellent experience! Also both my boyfriends and I meals were excellent as well.
