I love the food! If you like soups, the Mexican corn chowder in the summer is very good and flavorful. My favorite is the autumn squash soup, thick and very tasty. Many different salads and wraps, sandwiches and combos are available. Depending upon who is at the register, the service can be spot on, or take a while as the cashier will forget to give me a cookie I ordered or give me the wrong cup when I've ordered hot instead of cold tea. Sometimes if there is a large group of people at a table, it can get a bit noisy. The tables are also close enough together where you can hear the conversation going on at the next table, but I suppose many restaurants are like this due to available space. The rest rooms and dining room are for the most part clean and the chairs, booths and tables comfortable to sit and eat.

I have visited a number of Panera Breads around Jacksonville and in my opinion, this is the nicest, most comfortable, best managed location I have found. However, also in my opinion, their coffee is marginal, portion sizes small, and prices overpriced, so all I usually get is a bagel or two.

Nice local Panera, not overly crowded and in a pretty central location. Easy for a quick lunch or dinner pick up. Food is good quality.

This Panera is located near Hodges and is a great spot to prop up and work. Having food and drinks available makes it that much better. The staff inside and via drive thru are always pleasant. They have huge tables to work from with plenty of outlets available.

So I placed an order online for delivery which came through doordash. I received the order completely destroyed and covered in dirt from being dropped. My delivery driver said it was due to bad packaging and I should contact customer service. Since i placed the order through panera i called the store location pertaining to the order. The manager Brandon was extremely helpful throughout the whole situation got me another order and contacted doordash to send it out immediately for me. Considering this was a Friday night during busy hours and most service industry is understaffed its great to still get exceptional customer service. Thank you

Unlimited drinks is awesome but there needs to be other flavors then the super charge for just regular juice like for instance, the strawberry lemonade, mango lemonade, need to be without all the caffeine.

Two weeks ago I came home with my to go order (I live 15 min. from Panera.) They forgot my cookie. Also the temporary cream cheese was gross. Today I pulled out my soup from yesterday’s to go order and found no bread. No bread? It’s in your name for sake. Y’all are slipping big time. How hard is it to scoop soup into a cup and put bread in the bag with it?!!!

Food was ok. Cook should stay in the back rather than coming up front and hanging out with the girls. The BIG problem was all of the big green butt flies sitting on ALL of the cinnamon buns, cookies, and bread up front behind the glass enclosure. If you have this many flies up front, I would hate to see the kitchen where ALL the food is! I could barely eat my food when I was there thinking about it. I know it is hard to keep all flies out, but they may want to completely close-in the glass enclosure up front so it doesn't gross out customers. I will not eat at this location again. Atlanta near Gervin Rd. at Lowe's.

I love the food at Panera. This is my favorite store. That being said the young lady that served me could use some lessons in manners. I asked a simple question about a replacement card. She handed me a new card looked at me as if I were too old ( I am 60) and said " you have to do it on line." Funny when I looked on-line it said that a cashier would do it for me or that I could just continue using my phone number...

This is the second time in 10 days I have gone to this location and ordered a soup listed on the menu only to be told " We just ran out of it." Once was at 1:30 pm, other time at 5:45 pm. Sounds like you need to plan ahead a little better. We left and went to a different location.

Management here needs to get control of staff members! In no other company would it be okay for a staff member to call a paying customer evil, especially when the customer did nothing wrong. The manger Kim should be fired.
