Went for the first time with coworkers for the lunch buffet, pretty darn good. There were only a couple things that I didn't care for but most of everything else was great. The flavor profile is so good and unique, I'd go again just for the cauliflower!

They brought back their lunch buffet and it’s now available seven days a week. So many dishes to choose from. Enjoyed and had seconds of their curry chicken, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, and chicken biryani. Tandoori was a bit dry, but still ate like five thighs. Love tandoori! The Indian tea was pretty good, but the cup for it was the shot size. Wish it would have been a little bigger. Service was pretty good. Our drinks were kept full and used plates picked up. Give them a try! We enjoyed it.

Update 11/10/23: The buffet is back and better than ever!!! My original review was 7 years ago. Still loving it!!! -- Original review: Went with the family and everyone loves the buffet. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Jacksonville. I may not be a connoisseur, but I have eaten at a lot of Indian buffets. Masala has about the best variety and great tasting dishes. Over the past 10 years it seems like a lot of Indian restaurants have popped up, but Masala is definitely the best IMHO.

I went to the Restaurant first time for buffet lunch with my friends and to my surprise it was really nice. My experience with Indian food in Jackaonville has not been good. But I recommend this restaurant for the Indian food in Jacksonville. Every thing was perfectly cooked and served but Mango Mousse in desert was the high point. Must try. Definitely taking my family next time.

November 7, 2023. Yes! the daily lunch buffet is back! We love a good Indian Buffet! So many different flavors to savor. We were there on a Tuesday. The buffet had a great selection of dishes, especially for a weekday. We were not disappointed, and we will be back. I believe it was around $18/person.

Great Indian cuisine. We will definitely be back. We were craving Indian cuisine and so thankful we found this place. So if you are in the area, definitely try them out. We like spicy food and they did not disappoint. One of our favorite appetizers to order is the Gobi Manchurian, we ordered it with medium heat, and it was perfect for the appetizer. Not to hot, and it was delicious. My go-to meal I usually try first at a new restaurant is the Vindaloo, I went with chicken this time and medium heat as well. I was not disappointed, it was fantastic. My husband ordered Lamb Curry and spice level hot. He said it was perfect. And of course, we shared, and we both agreed that the place deserves a 5 star. And of course we ordered Naan bread, Garlic is our favorite and we ordered a side of Raitha which was delicious as well. We love the Raitha dip as it seems to clean your palate when going from dish to dish. I almost forgot to take pictures so the food pics are partially eaten. It was that good. Service was great, we went at an odd hour of the day so it wasn't too busy. Service was quick, and the waitress offered suggestions, which I like. Our food came out hot and fresh, and she kept our drinks full. We were very pleased with the service we received. The atmosphere was very nice and had a coziness to it. I loved how they had their tables set up along the sides of the restaurant. There was a wall separating each table area. Which made it feel a little more intimate. The place was very clean and great lighting. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Good but not amazing Indian food. I like the diversity of their menu, but some of the curries lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting. My favorite was the Chicken Tikka Masala. We only got takeout this time, so I'd like to come back to dine in and try their Thali. Prices are reasonable for Jacksonville. Food was ready on time.

Out of all the Indian restaurants in the Jacksonville area, I would say that this is my favorite so far. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was really great. My grandpa and I felt that our dishes were a tad too spicy, and our server brought out the yogurt sauce to help cool it off. I definitely will come here again! Also, of course get the Samosas, but also get the Samosa Chaat 😊
